Perfetto per famiglie in visita a Roma. 2 camere da letto, 2 bagni , molto lumiso e in posizione strategica a pochi passi dal Colosseo 300 mt, Foro Romano e la Basilica di San Clemente. Molto ben collegato con il trasporto pubblico: Metro B al Colosseo e un bus elettricoco con stop di fronte all'appartamento. Un piccolo balcone per un caffe' mattutino o per fumare una sigaretta (solo qui è concesso). Nei dintorni c'è un supermercato aperto 24 h, moltissimi ristorantini, bars.

Perfect little spot for exploring Rome! The apartment was cute and spotless. Dasha was wonderful in meeting us and going over everything about the apartment. We were able to check in early and leave our bags to go explore, which was great. It was also great to have a washer so we did not have to bring a lot of clothes. Definitely recommend this apartment.

Such a cute and traditional apt. Host was prompt and explained every little detail about the unit. Lots of small details like hand soap at every sink and shampoo and conditioner in each shower. Even the kitchen had all you needed like oil, salt, etc. The 2nd bath was small but usable. There was a cute outdoor space.The location is phenomenal as there are many restaurants, taxi pick up and a super market super close by. However, the street it is on is a major pass thru street so it is busy and noisy almost all the time.

The apartment was very nice and clean. We loved the host, Dasha and the management staff was very responsive. The unit was in a good and safe location. Down the street from the Colosseum and street market. Lots of local restaurants. We did have to Uber to all the historic sites because our aging bodies couldn't walk that far!!! Although the Holy Doors at Basilica of St John Lateran and the Holy Steps at Scala Sancta were in walking distance. We are grateful to the staff and Dasha for a wonderful stay.

THE BEST OF ROME!

This apartment was wonderful! Beautiful decor and comfortable. The location is very close to the Colosseum, 5 min walk! Delicious restaurants and grocery aplenty and very close. Our host was super nice and communication was perfect! We hope to stay here next time we come to Rome! GRAZIE!!!!!

Fantastic

Location is great, 5-10 min walk to Colosseum. Property was clean, beds were comfortable, we were there in June, it was hot but the AC kept the apartment cool. Check in was quick and easy. We will stay here again!

First of all, the people who administer the rental and the location are off the charts amazing. Dasha, our greeter, was an absolute GEM! She was helpful when we got into a bit of a medical crisis and after, when we left something of incredible value behind in the apartment. Walking to the Colosseum -- just seeing it right as you walk out of the apartment -- was amazing. We loved becoming a part of the community there, frequenting the coffee shop, wine bar, and even florist down the street. Would definitely stay there again.

You can see the Coliseum from front door!

This was a great experience. It started with the property manager. Dasha met us at the property and gave us so much great info on places to eat and see. We did it all. Her recommendations were spot on. Great location. Lots of hot water, and amenities met all needs.
It's closer than it looks in the photo, but this is from the front door of the apartment.
Use Tigets for all your tickets. Worked great.

Fabulous Getaway in Rome

I made a flash decision to add Rome to my trip I was taking to Europe. Boy what an excellent idea. I picked my VRBO mostly based on the photos - the bedrooms and little deck . What an excellent choice. The place was actually better than the photos. It was also a stones throw from the Colosseum and other historical sites. Quaint little restaurants, a little supermarket, and the metro were also very close. I had prearranged with the VRBO for a pick up from the airport in a drop off back to the airport. That went off without a hitch. The entire check-in process was wonderful. Dasha met me at the apartment and went over everything. I LOVED the place. I even told my husband that I could see myself living there. I highly recommend this rental.

Holiday Trip

The location is great. The communication is amazing, every time we had a question, they would respond immediately! There is no elevator, the second bathroom is very cold and almost not useful at all. Overall, we would definitely stay here again.

Colossal stay in Rome

Excellent stay in Rome (our second trip). Apartment was great. Location was awesome (200m from Colosseum). Metro 200m away (in both directions) and a bus stop almost outside the front door. We would give the host/greeter (Dasha) 6 stars but it only went up to 5 !

Good Location

We enjoyed our stay in this quaint apartment. We loved that we were in walking distance to the colosseum and many beautiful basilicas. We visited in July, and it was very hot! The air conditioner worked wonderfully! One of the bathrooms was super small but functioned well. I gave cleanliness 4 stars because the 2nd bedroom bedsheets needed attention. We would stay here again.

Holiday in Rome

Great location and place to stay. We enjoyed walking out the apartment and seeing the Coliseum. I may have lost a size 11 ring with an oval white stone in it. Please let me know if it is found.

1st time in Rome

The apartment was perfectly located. Just past the Colosseum with easy access to Metro etc. The neighborhood was lively and safe. Best of all, the hosting entity took care of everything, our transport from the airport to the door of the apartment where the had someone waiting to let us in and show us our place. They were responsive within a few minutes for all our needs and questions. Info in apt was comprehensive and helpful. Would definitely recommend.

Not as expected

Excellent location, very responsive communication with host throughout the booking and arrival, who also coordinated our transport. Regrettably, there was a strong odor of sewage in the apt. upon arrival especially in the bathrooms which persisted throughout our stay. One bathroom is so small that an adult can barely fit in it to use the toilet.
