APPARTMENT "NASONI DI ROMA" COLOSSEUM APPARTAMENT (fino a 33 persone)

Le nostre locazioni sono costituite da 3 appartamenti ubicati due al primo piano dello stabile di via sciacca 26 e uno al secondo piano, e possiamo ospitare fino a 33 persone. Sono appartementi indipoendenti indicati per grandi gruppi, ma anche per famiglie meno numerose che desiderano trascorrere qualche piacevole giornata nel centro di Roma e possono affittrane solo uno dei tre. Gli appartementi sono divise in tre grandi aree, ognuna delle quali è indipendente: la prima, sul primo piano a sinistra, offre cinque camere con bagno interno e può ospitare fino a 15 persone; la seconda area, sul primo piano a destra, offre quattro grandi camere e può ospitare altre 12 persone. Qui si trova una grande sala comune dove è possibile mangiare tutti insieme ed un angolo cottura attrezzato che può servire entrambi gli appartamenti del primo piano. L’ultima area si trova al secondo piano ed offre una grande sala comune dove poter sostare tutti insieme. Offre un angolo cottura e altre tre camere che possono ospitare fino a 7 persone.
Importante:
I posti letto vengono assegnati in base al numero di persone (ad esempio se siete 20 persone avrete a disposizione 10 camere matrimoniali e quindi 20 posti letto). Ogni letto singolo richiesto in più ha un costo di 36€ una tantum, compresa la trassa roma capitale.

Our rentals consist of three apartments, two on the first floor of the building at Via Sciacca 26 and one on the second floor, and we can accommodate up to 33 people. These independent apartments are suitable for large groups, but also for smaller families who want to spend a few pleasant days in the center of Rome and can rent just one of the three. The apartments are divided into three large areas, each independent: the first, on the first floor to the left, offers five en-suite bedrooms and can accommodate up to 15 people; the second area, on the first floor to the right, offers four large bedrooms and can accommodate another 12 people. Here, there is a large common room where everyone can eat together and a fully equipped kitchenette that can serve both apartments on the first floor. The final area, located on the second floor, offers a large common room where everyone can gather together. It has a kitchenette and three additional bedrooms that can accommodate up to 7 people.
Important:
Beds are assigned based on the number of people (for example, if you are 20 people, you will have 10 double rooms available, resulting in 20 beds). Each additional single bed requested has a one-time cost of €36, including the Rome Capital tax.

CHECK-OUT IS AT 10:00 AM.
