"Thank you for your interest in my cozy cottage in the heart of Rome. This unique 40sqm retreat offers a welcoming atmosphere that allows you to spend a romantic couple's holiday or a relaxing family stay. Imagine reading a book, enjoying breakfast or an aperitif in your private garden or on the terrace, all this seems incredible, right?

The apartment, furnished in a modern style and full of light, consists of an entrance, a comfortable bedroom with a double bed and en-suite bathroom, living room and dining area with a fully equipped kitchenette. The living room sofa can turn into a double bed and accommodate 2 more people and there is also a cot for a child.

Located in the center of Rome, just a 10-minute walk from the Colosseum and a 5-minute walk from the subway and 50 meters from the bus stop, my apartment is a fantastic opportunity that you should not miss. You can have breakfast in the garden in the morning and lunch or dinner, or if you just want to relax, you can have a drink and enjoy the sun on our private terrace.

The apartment is located on the ground floor and you can access it with the application and access codes in self check-in mode. Smoking is not allowed in the house, but small pets are allowed.

If you like to walk, you can reach the shopping center. In 15 minutes you can get to the Trevi Fountain and in 30 minutes to Piazza di Spagna and also to the famous Piazza Navona. If you like to eat Roman food, you can walk or take the subway to the famous Testaccio area where Romans usually go to eat. Otherwise, 400 meters from the apartment there is the subway, where you can go downtown, to Piazza di Spagna, to the Trevi Fountain or directly to the Vatican.

From Fiumicino, you can take the train to Roma Termini station. Then take the subway to the Cavour stop and then walk for 450 meters.
