Over all the experience was great inside the house was incredible Outside could have used some work.Grass needed cut and there was dog poop in the yard that 1000% was not from my dogOther than Outside appearances everything else was as described Thanks for letting us stay.

We enjoyed our short 1 night stay. The house was clean and tastefully decorated. The host left water and snacks, which our boys loved. Every room had a tv which kept everyone happy. Our host was friendly and easy to work with. The location was close to restaurants and shopping. Overall great stay!

This was a nice, recently updated house, and the host was great to work with. The beds were very comfortable! The area has a noticeable mix of maintained homes and some that are more run down.

Neighborhood looks sketchy, but nobody bothered us. Very quiet. House was nice and clean on inside. Had everything we needed. The location was great. We were close to downtown and to the Rome tennis center Publix and Walmart were both very close. The coffee station was an added bonus and the kitchen was stocked with all the appliances we needed. We would definitely stay here again.

The house was spotless and lovely. The neighborhood was quiet. Lots of restaurants and shopping nearby. Also close to the hospital and Walmart and Publix. The beds were super comfy and cozy. I also LOVED the decor. I want to get similar ideas for my own house. The guestbook was such a sweet touch. I loved reading what other guests had to say.
