A lovely and comfortable apartment in a property of the 17th century, in the Balduina district, close to Vatican City!

There are extra costs to pay: cleaning fee of € 40,00. Rome the tourist tax of €3.50 per person per day. Extra costs are due in cash during the stay.
The apartment is located in the quiet inner garden. From the garden you have to climb 24 steps to get to the terrace where, under the porch, there is the independent entrance to the apartment. It has been completely restored in July 2021. It has an indipendent entrance from the shared terrace into the living room, furnished with a corner sofa double bed, a table, a TV. From the living room, through a vestibule, you can access the kitchen, the bathroom and the bedroom. The kitchen is fully equipped and completed with a washing machine and a dishwasher; from the kitchen you can lead to the private terrace. the bathroom has a shower; the bedroom with a double bed (cm160x180), furnished with an armchair, a wardrobe and curtains to protect from the light. Immediately outside the apartment, from the living room and from the bedroom, you can linger over a wide shared terrace with table and chairs to enjoy a moment of relax after a long day of sightseeing.
The apartment is complete with everything you need for a pleasant holiday in Rome.
The apartment is located in a strategic position to reach the Rome Cavalieri Waldorf Astoria, the Villa Stuart clinic and Villa Miani on Via Trionfale. The Olympic Stadium, where normally international interest sporting events and major concerts take place, can be easily reached by bus.
You can find the bus stop (n° 913) that can take you directly into the heart of Rome, just 3 minutes away by walk from the apartment. In about 5/8 stops you can arrive at Vatican city, Saint Peter Basilica and the city center, where you can find the best sight of the Capital, the best shops and traditional roman restaurant.
You can also take a 15 minutes walk from the house or 2 stops with the bus nr 913 and arrive at metro A stop Cipro which will take in just in a few minutes to storic monuments or squares like Piazza di Spagna, Piazza Barberini or Via del Corso and Termini station
Within walking distance is the train Rome-Viterbo (stop name Appiano) linking the main stations in Rome (St. Peter, Trastevere, Ostiense) and provides a convenient connection to the airport of Fiumicino. Two train stops from home you have the Policlinico Gemelli University Hospital, Catholic University of the Sacred Heart.
The train then gives you the possibility of an alternative trip: visit Viterbo, the city of the Popes. This Lazio town is little known but with a beautiful medieval town center.
If you want to move on foot and know the surroundings, with a 15-minute walk you are in the neighborhood Triumphal, next to the Vatican City with its museum known all over the world. You can visit and buy local products, fruits and vegetables in the Mercato Trionfale , one of the largest and most characteristic local markets of Rome, you can go shopping in Via Candia, a street known for its many shops.
If you want to explore the neighborhood Balduina discover unusual angles and breathtaking views of the Eternal City. You can walk or jogging in the Natural Reserve of Monte Mario, get to the Zodiac and the Observatory for discovering Rome from above. Walking to piazzale Socrate off to have a spectacular image of the dome of St. Peter. Visit the Rome Cavalieri Waldorf Astoria, with its shops, here you will find a taxi rank.
The Balduina area is full of shops, supermarket baked by local products; apparel shops with particular brands sought the shops of wide distribution, from the Roman trattorias sought to restaurants.
