  • Questo prestigioso appartamento di 80 metri quadrati adatto per 6 persone si trova al primo piano di un palazzo storico, a pochi passi da Campo de Fiori ed è stato appena rinnovato. Situato in un vicolo tranquillo e poco trafficato, è arredato in stile classico con mobili antichi e di grande pregio e mantiene le caratteristiche originali dell’epoca quali il soffitto a cassettoni ed il pavimento in cotto. E’ composto da un ampio soggiorno con un divano letto matrimoniale, angolo TV e un tavolo da pranzo con 6 sedie. La cucina è moderna e spaziosa, perfettamente attrezzata per cucinare a casa. Ci sono poi due comode camere da letto, una con un grande letto matrimoniale e una con due letti singoli. Ogni camera da letto ha il proprio bagno, uno con doccia e uno con vasca, garantendo la massima privacy e rendendolo ideale per due coppie di amici.

Good value and a great location

This apartment is in a great location in Rome and is walkable to just about everything. The apartment had everything we needed and check-in was seamless. The bathrooms are a bit dated and we did some troubleshooting on hot water and plumbing but when staying in the historical district of Rome this is expected. Great value for our family of 5.

Nous avons passé une excellente fin d'année dans cet appartement idéalement situé dans le centre de Rome. Parfait pour 2 couples malgré un équipement de cuisine limite au strict minimum.

The apartment is very well located, close to Campo dei Fiori. The ambience of this zone it is great and you can go walking to the main known places. But the appartment it was not very clean indeed. The curtains where plenty of dust. The walls need a painting too. In one of the bathrooms the hanger of the shower was broken and it was not posible to wash your hair . The assistant who assist us in our arrival told us that the washinmachine did not work very well because it was losing wáter. I told him that this was not fair, that if we want to use the washinmachine we couldn't. He told us to put some towels in the floor in case the machine was losing wáter and that it was difficut to repair the wm during this days . On the other handthe staff in and taxi drivers have been very kind. The location of the apartment it is really great but the apartment did not fullfly the expectatives that we had.

The perfect place to stay

We spend several weeks a year in Rome and this is by far the nicest apartment we have stayed in. It has charm and is on a very quiet little vicolo close to everything. The beds are comfortable, the linens are nice and the kitchen is well equipped. I look forward to staying here again.

This apartment was perfect for the 6 of us and the price was great. It is in a great location and we all loved it. It was very clean, comfortable and had everything we needed. The person of the staff we met at check in was very helpful. He gave us useful tips on the area and he even booked for us a van to go to the airport the day we left. We would have liked to stay more than just 5 days…We really recommend this!

Great location

Wir waren als Familie mit zwei Jungs von 14 und 16 in dieser Wohnung. 2 getrennte Schlafzimmer sowie zwei Bäder waren vorhanden und funktionierten gut. Die Häuser in Rom sind alle alt, man kann keinen Neubaustatus erwarten. Die Wohnung super in Schuß mit leichten Alterserscheinungen. NIcht ganz so hell wie es auf dem Foto aussieht , aber für eine Wohnung in kleiner Nebenstrasse absolut in Ordnung und normal mitten in der Stadt. die Lage neben dem Campo di Fiori unschlagbar super. MOrgens frühstücken gehen in der Nähe, abends nach einem Glas Wein gemütlich nach Hause laufen. Die Wohnung scheint auch eine Klima zu haben, haben wir allerdings nicht gebraucht, weiß nicht, ob sie funktioniert. Man kann zu Fuß tatsächlich die gesamte Innenstadt erlaufen, bis Petersdom leichte 20 -25 Minuten, Spanische Treppen ebenso. INsgesamt perfekt. Vermieter nett, pünktlich und zu verlässig, gute Tipps am Ankunftsabend. Jederzeit absolut empfehlenswert. In english: Super lokation. Great flat. Always again.

Don’t trust the pictures

This property was not as shown in the pictures. It gave the impression of being unclean and creepy before we even entered. The building itself if not in good shape. I kept thinking “nobody cares for this place.” The company that operates the property had minimal communication with me before and during our stay. I have learned that is a sign that things nobody cares. They requested that I give them 30 minutes notice before my check in. I notified them 2 hours, 1.5 hours and 30 minutes prior to our arrival. I still had to wait in the ally with my kids for 30 minutes before they showed up. He apartment looked like it wasn’t cleaned for some time. The bathrooms both have mold all over them. There were bugs in one of the sinks. Linens were ripped and not in good condition. Lightbulbs were flickering about to burn out. We looked for a hotel because the whole place was gross but the entire city was sold out. Our first night was spent walking to hotels hoping that if we showed up in person they would take pity on us and find a room. No such luck. We ended up staying in the apartment giving our wonderful vacation in Italy an unpleasant ending. The only positives were that the person that checked us in really tried to make things right. He was kind and even insisted on carrying my bag up the steps when we arrived. He also replied to my message during the stay. Also, the air conditioner in the place is like none other in the entire country. We were consistently cool when in the apartment. I think this place would only be good for a group that has lower standards on cleanliness and property care.

Wound up being quite comfortable. En suite bathtub not nearly as clean as website photos. Shower drain in hallway bathroom drained very slowly. Very good location for restaurants, groceries, taxi stand - all within 5 minute walk. Felt secure staying here.

Nice apartment in a good location

This was a nice apartment in a good location. Good for up to four people - would be crowded with six. Minor issues: 1. The gas stove did not light - no spark. We bought a box of matches. 2. There was no documentation on the control of the heating. 3. There was no documentation on the Wi-Fi, but it was explained by the person who checked one of us in. 4. There was no documentation on how to use the micro-wave. Microwave controls are quite on a different (and standard or universal) pattern in the USA.

Velindrettet lejlighed. Vi havde problemer med strømforsyningen. Det blev dog afhjulpet efter en opringning. Der var ikke var ikke varmt vand i det ene badeværelse og bruseren fungerede ikke, så vi måtte bruge det andet badeværelse til bad.

Apartment is in great location

Apartment is in great location, walking distance to many sights/areas, pantheon, piazza navona, even Vatican City. Can walk to travstevere for diner and along the Tiber for great views as well. Apartment is clean and well kept, was great for our family of four and a baby.

Nice apartment with some tech problems and marginal responsiveness from management

The apartment was nice and clean. We stayed 8 nightsd. Beds were comfortable and the location was excellent. When we tried to use the cloths washer the unit's power went out. The unit inside circuit breakers didn't get power back up. We called and Emanuele appeared within an hour and reset a master breaker located outside the unit and left. When we tried the washer again the unit power failed, and over and over. so we gave up on the washer. When we tried to use the provided hair dryer, again unit power failed. We called Emanuele several time before finally getting a text saying he was at the doctor. We called and texted the problems several times after his Dr excuse, but received no response. We had to take laundry out for expensive cleaning, . My daughter, a member of my son's wedding party in Rome couldn't finish her hair and had to go to a salon for a wash and dry. Finally, we requested a small refund to compensate for the promised but undelivered basic services. Weekly Rentals, our landlord, did not respond to this request. Indeed, the apartment in nice and clean and conveniently located but the building common areas are in a rather poor state of maintenance. Peeling paint everywhere and a bit untidy. The electric problems? We might have had a hand, but I don't know how (our only plug ins were to charge our phones, my laptop and our electric tooth brushes, and given management's unwillingness to work with us to resolve, we have to leave the blame with them.
