L'APPARTAMENTO
Questo lussuoso appartamento di 130 mq si trova nel cuore del quartiere Trastevere in pieno Centro Storico in zona di traffico pedonale, precisamente in Via del Moro, 38. Dall’appartamento puoi andare tranquillamente a piedi per arrivare in tutti i punti di maggior interesse turistico (pochi passi da Piazza S.M. in Trastevere 10 minuti di cammino per arrivare a Piazza Navona, Campo de Fiori, il Pantheon etc…). Il Vaticano (S. Pietro) è raggiungibile in 15 minuti a piedi..

L'appartamento si trova al 1° piano senza ascensore di un antico palazzo del 1500. Composto da un grande e luminosissimo soggiorno con un comodissimo divano TV con canali satellitari (SKY).
Troverete anche un comodo tavolo con 6 sedie, una grande cucina con frigo, freezer, forno, microonde, lavastoviglie e tutti gli accessori per cucinare.
C'è una prima camera da letto/studio con un comodo divano letto matrimoniale, una grande camera da letto con due letti singoli che possono essere uniti e formare un letto matrimoniale, una grande cabina armadio-guardaroba, un grande bagno con vasca, una altra camera da letto matrimoniale con bagno in suite con doccia e cabina armadio.

Dotato di aria condizionata in tutti gli ambienti, tv satellitare "con canali sportivi", lavatrice, telefono, e internet WIFI.

Clean, large space, great location, and great communication with hosts. The apartment was lacking some things we would expect, namely that there were no locks on any interior doors (bedrooms or bathrooms) and the hot water was unreliable in showers.

El lugar está muy bien ubicado, la atención y respuesta de los host es muy buena. Cosa que mejoraría sería únicamente asegurar que la información en la página refleje los costos. Y tampoco hubo suficiente papel de baño para todos los días y el número de personas que éramos, quizás porque también no les aparecía en su plataforma el número de personas que había notificado. Por otro lado, hay un olor extraño que no sé si es de la zona o del departamento, como de caño a ciertas horas.

We stayed here as a family of 5. The apartment is great, it’s in the Trastevere area, which has plenty of great restaurants and places to eat and snack, and perfectly situated for all the major must-sees - within a 30 minute walk to the colosseum and Vatican City, for example. The apartment is spacious, clean and secure, and was well set up for us: my wife and I had a bedroom on the upper floor, our twin boys shared a bedroom, and our daughter had a room to herself. The kitchen is well equipped, good size fridge and freezer, great oven and hob, and even a dishwasher and washing machine. We bought food from a local supermarket (7 minute walk) and cooked a couple of simple meals at the apartment. The communication from the team was excellent, which really made a difference to our stay. They were able to respond quickly to my questions and were always happy to help. We had a small problem that was dealt with quickly and as a matter of priority- I felt like the team cared about our stay.Would highly recommend.

Book this immediately! Great space, AC (huge bonus for our August stay), close to endless cafes, restaurants, shops. Walking distance to most attractions. Rest communication with host. No complaints!

Very nice apartment. Great communication with owner and team, and they were able to fix a minor issue at the beginning of the stay very quickly. Absolutely quiet apartment even with a lively night crowd. Such a cool area to stay. Walk to most major sites in under 35 minutes, with some much closer. Would stay here again.

Excellent Stay and Ideal Location - Highly Recommend!!!

We stayed here with my family of 5 with our 3 adult children (18, 20 & 22) and it was the perfect space for us with 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. Extremely clean and comfortable. The location was ideal - right in the center of amazing restaurants and little bars outside our door. Communication was great and the host even met us at check-in to explain the apartment and answer any questions we had - even sent me a text a day before our checkout to see if we were leaving by train as there was a train strike in Italy …. That we didn’t know about but luckily we have an early train so it didn’t affect our travels.

Family Vacation in Rome

First international booking for myself on VRBO and could not have been more pleased with the experience. Luigi and his team are very well organized. Their welcome app had all the information needed for a great stay including information on check in/out, transportation, and his best bets for places to eat. The aparment is in the heart of Trestavere. Step outside the door and you have a multiple options for eating, drinking and shopping. We walked to all the major tourist sites from the apartment. Everything was as advertised. Thanks Luigi!

Perfect location and great place

We stayed for a week over the December holiday season. It was the perfect location for us. We loved being in an actual neighborhood, outside of the touristy areas. There are a ton of awesome restaurants within a 5 minute walk — dozens — and it was great to come back at the end of the day after touring and not have to travel far for dinner. We walked from the place to all of the tourist sites — ranging from a mile to 2.5 miles away (that was the start of the Appian Way) and really felt like that helped us learn the city itself. There is also a cab stand within a 2 minute walk, and a bus stop within a 5 minute walk. The unit itself was great for us. Each teen had his own room and we had the upstairs. It was clean and had everything we needed. Everyone was so helpful to us before our stay and when we arrived. We would stay again for sure!

Perfect in Trestevare

After researching each area of Rome extensively, I decided Trestevare would be the best area for our family to stay in over Christmas. We have three children ages 17, 18 and 21 and they wanted to be able to go out at night on their own and have fun places to go. We couldn’t have picked a better spot! The area is full of wonderful coffee shops, restaurants and bars. There is a great little bar right below the apartment where we would go each night after dinner. The area was safe, clean and friendly without being touristy at all. All areas were definitely within walking distance but our family likes to walk. The areas around the Trevi, Vatican and Steps were very crowded and we were so glad we did not stay in those areas. Luigi’s apartment was perfect for our family of 5 but would be tight for 6 adults. The kitchen was well equipped. The upstairs bathroom shower was tight for my husband who is 6’1” so he used the first floor shower. The apartment is up one short level of stairs and might be hard for someone with limitations. However, all of Rome can be physically challenging to navigate. Luigi and his assistants were available at all times and arranged transportation for us. I would love to return soon and would not hesitate to stay here again. Thank you, Luigi, for a wonderful holiday!

Schöne geräumige Wohnung in lebendigem Viertel

Eine Wohnung zum wohlfühlen. Sie liegt zentral, so dass man Rom gut auch zu Fuß erkunden konnte. Luigi hat alles organisiert, den Taxitransfer vom Flughafen, das ein- und aus-checken, gute Tipps für den Aufenthalt in einer überaus freundlichen und hilfreichen Korrespondenz. Lejlighed med beliggenhed i top. Rummelig og fin underetage, men tæt overetage uden vindue og med en mini bruseniche. Synd lejligheden ikke bliver vedligeholdt, hvad angår rengøring, specielt i køkkenet. Vi vil ikke vende tilbage hertil.

What an amazing apartment!

I would stay here again again and again if I had the chance. Centrally located in Trasteverde - a corner apartment with the view down two streets. The three bedrooms were nice for our family of four and the living space worked out very well. The neighborhood can be loud at night but that is expected in this area. The apartment is also a little loud due to hard edges and finishes throughout. Definitely worth the $ - book now or lose out on the best apartment in all of Rome!

Great location if you're looking to stay in Trastevere and visit Rome

This 2 floor loft style apartment is located in Trastevere, a very busy and lively neighborhood. Area is called Piazza Trilussa, and there were restaurants, boutiques, coffee shops and Piazza Santa Maria just a few steps away. Finding the apartment could be a little confusing, but Giulia communicated with us upon arrival and met us close by to check us in. Note that there is no parking available at this property so if you have a car rental, you will need to park your car in a long-term rental. Parking for 4 nights cost us 180 euro. Also, cars are not always allowed into the piazza, although we got lucky and were allowed both upon arrival and departure, if they close off the streets and you have quite a bit of luggage, that can be a little unpleasant. The apartment was very spacious and as described online. The master bathroom on the 2nd floor has a very small shower and sort of emitted a sewer odor, so we all used the main washroom on the main floor which had 2 sinks and a larger shower. The master bedroom on the 2nd floor has a king bed, which we greatly appreciated since this is a rare find in Europe. The 2nd bedroom on the main floor had 2 single beds, which was great for the kids. You can buy bus/tram tickets are pretty much all shops close to the property. The tram/bus stop is about a 10-15 minute walk. We purchased 4 bus tickets for 72 hours which cost 80 euro. Only ended up using the pass twice, since the bus/trams were often crowded. We opted for taxis as there were taxi stations pretty much every where so this was convenient. A taxi ride to Rome is about 10 euro. Luigi was courteous and helpful and checked in on us during our stay. The WI-FI in the apartment is not the best, but the kids survived :-) I would recommend this property if you're looking for a happening and exciting place to stay.

The place was excellent. The people were helpful and nice

Location was good. One small problem we stayed down stairs and our friends stayed up. When we turn on their light or they turned n theirs we would desturb each other. A curtain you could draw across the frosred class would solve the problem. Everything else was great.

Luigi’s apartment was perfect for our group6. The location was wonderful! Lots of restaurants nearby. This is a lively neighborhood but with the windows closed the street noise was gone. Check in was easy and the transfers arranged for us went off without a hitch. I will definitely stay here again.
