LUXURY CHARMING HOME PIAZZA NAVONA VIEWING TERRACE

Located in the heart of the “Eternal City” just a few steps from Piazza Navona, "Maison Decò" is a 17th century loft that places you front and center in the most elegant part of town and immerses you into the history and beauty of Rome. Guests can visit the most important monuments of Rome on foot and explore the many tourist attractions, restaurants, bars, and shops in the area.

Laid out over three levels, the spacious Ancient Turret (150 Sqm) was completely renovated by an Italian architect who reframed the interiors for modern living, using materials and subtle design updates that honor the historic past. The exposed rustic beams and ancient turret, are paired with both contemporary and period style, with prestigious furniture and art works that were contributed by famous photographers.

The apartment is located on the 3rd floor (WITH LIFT) and can accommodate up to 8 guests. It has 3 levels:
- 1st level- it is composed of a roomy living area with a fully equipped kitchen area and what we call "winter garden" where you can enjoy a view of Rome's historic rooftops while sitting in our veranda. There is also a blue-and-gold themed master bedroom with a double bed, a green and pink master bedroom with a double bed, and a bathroom with a walk-in shower decorated with marble and wood beams.

- 2nd level - here you will find a huge master suite bedroom with a double bed and a sofa bed with huge windows all around the room overlooking the historic rooftops of Rome, Sant'Andrea Della Valle Basilica, Altare della Patria and the Pantheon rooftop. It also has a flower's terrace with original exposed bricks and a small toilette.

- 3rd level - A sweet spa room with a walk-in shower, cromotherapy, sound link and windows all around with breathtaking landscape.


UPON YOUR ARRIVAL you are required to pay:
- City tax 3,5 euro person/night is mandatory
- Kids up to 10 years old don't pay city tax!
- Hotel standard fee with fresh bed linen/towels set/toiletries: 65€

Late Check-in is guaranteed just by fixing an appointment in advance:

- (from 20:00pm) will be applied an extra fee of 30 euro.
- (from Midnight) will be applied an extra fee of 50 euro.

For late arrival from 01:00am access home can not be guaranteed.

In case of a set of keys is missing at your check-out, it will charge 100€.

Due to recent complainings about loud/disturbing noises at night, if our guests are found guilty of disturbing the peace of our neighbours, they may be fined up to 500€.

OTHER HOUSE RULES:
- No smoking
- No pets
- Respect the whole apartment and treat it with care
- Respect recycling
- Respect neighbors (No noise after 22 pm)
- Pots and dishes must be washed right after using to avoid the spead of bacteria and bad odor in the apartment.
- Lights and AC units must be turned off when you're not home

ROME LOCAL LAW - ID REQUIREMENTS
By the Italian law, any guest of any kind of accommodation must be able to show upon arrival some form of identification in order to be registred by the host with the local police headquarters within 1 day of your arrival in Rome.

To make our guests feel extra special, we also offer the following services:
- FREE welcome snacks such as pastries, cookies, and coffee
- €65 Hotel amenities (beddings, towel sets, toiletries, etc) - mandatory fee
- Early check-in starting 10:30AM (bag drop-off only, send us a message first to check availability)
- Return transfer from the airport/train station/port/etc
- Luggage deposit on your check-out
- Skip the Line tickets, tours, and authentic Roman experiences such as cooking classes, wine & aperitivo tours, etc
- Bike, vespa, etc rentals
- Restaurant and bar recommendations (non touristy)
- Change of linen / middle-stay cleaning
- Baby crib & chair
