This newly renovated apartment was designed by our Interior Design team with your requirements in mind. This is not someones old house that was put online to see how it goes, this was a a big project with our guest necessities and style being all studied and considered.

🕛 Early check-in
Available between 12:00 PM and 3:00 PM for a €20 surcharge (subject to availability). Please request this before arrival.
Includes luggage storage while the apartment is being prepared. We will do our best to have the apartment ready for your arrival, but we guarantee access by 3:00 PM.

After 11:00 PM → €50
Sundays → €30
Holidays → €40

🚪 Unannounced Late Arrival
If you arrive more than 45 minutes late without notifying us, a €20 penalty will be applied.
Simply message us at least one hour in advance to avoid this fee.

💳 Payment Management at Check-in
If the correct payment is not made at check-in, a subsequent visit will incur a €10 surcharge.

🪙 Rome Tourist Tax
▫️Starting October 1, 2023, all guests staying in any type of accommodation in Rome are required to pay a tourist tax of €6.00 ​​per person per night, up to a maximum of 10 nights.
▫️Children under 10 are exempt from this tax.
The tourist tax will be collected in cash upon check-in.

🧼 Cleanliness & Comfort at the Highest Standards
We work with a professional cleaning team, following rigorous hygiene protocols for the safety and well-being of our guests.
While some properties reduce cleaning fees, we do not.

✦ All bedspreads are washed after each stay (a surprisingly uncommon practice).
✦ Decorative pillows and curtains are washed regularly.
✦ If something isn't perfect, let us know and we'll fix it immediately.
