Excellent location and plenty of room for 7 people. 3 large bedrooms. Small packet of washing powder would have been helpful. We thought soap and shampoo would be available.Check in service to drop off luggage earlier than 3pm is needed.

This was our least favorite place for our family of 4 during our 4 stops in Italy. We picked the home because it looked beautiful in pictures but we found it to be tired with old and dated furniture, old uncomfortable beds and a very dated kitchen. We also were immediately put off by the rude property managers that begun their communications with "we are not concierges" which was the theme of the stay including when we arrived at 3:30pm (with the check in time of 3), they said that they would send someone at 4pm to let us in - that was the the best they could do. Luckily for us, someone met u at 3:45pm as we were outside in the heat with all of our bags. They also did not allow any extended check out (from 10am!) and refused to help us by storing bags. I do not recommend - and I have never posted a negative review in all my years on VRBO. AVOID

Gorgeous apartment with large rooms and comfy beds. Elevator to our floor was helpful with luggage. Good location to tour Rome. Delicious dining options all around. It really is just steps away from the Spanish Steps - go later at night for great views and less crowds.

We arrived by train and walked 20 minutes to this beautiful apartment near the Spanish Steps. A Metro stop is nearby that could have saved some luggage bangs. The apartment was very spacious for Rome and was very comfortable. The local manager that let us in was very informative.

This property was in pristine condition. Very clean, very modern, and LOTS of space for 6 people! It was in a great location within walking distance of all major attractions. Great food in the area, especially local cafes that were not overrun by tourists. The host recommended a great dinner restaurant which was our favorite night at dinner. The check in process was super easy and we were lucky to check in as soon as our plane arrived! I 100% recommend the driver service from the airport as it made our arrival very smooth. I appreciated the clear and speedy communication as well. I would recommend this property to anyone looking for a great stay in Rome!

This property is just gorgeous! Its spacious and elegant with everything you need for an amazing stay in Rome. A 3 minute walk to the top of the Spanish steps and minutes from many other sites. Check in was very professional and all instructions were very clear.

Three of us stayed at this property for two weeks and couldn’t have asked for a better property or location! The apartment is huge, with plenty of space and tons of natural light. The owners were very responsive when we had questions, and I’d definitely stay here again.

Apartment is large, clean, beds comfortable. Kitchen adequate for minor cooking, we did not use. Paper products and towels/sheets provided. Great location right near Spanish Steps. Easy check-in, help with obtaining driver from airport. Highly recommend! Worked well for 3 couples.

We really enjoyed this spacious property with its great location. There were many great restaurants within easy walking distance, and of course, the Spanish Steps and Tivoli Fountain. Our host was very accommodating with our arrival time and the pre-arranged airport transportation.

Perfect location for shopping & restaurants the apartment was very clean & easy check in process. The only problem was figuring out the washer & dryer they leave a pretty detailed description but we struggled with getting the settings correct. Washing & drying instructions should be a simpler process just tell us what the general instructions for washing every day clothes. Like for example set on this setting to wash & dry delicates this to wash whites or this to wash & dry colors, not every guest can read Italian unfortunately we were those guest & ruined a couple sets of clothes before figuring it out. Would definitely recommend this place for all other aspects of the rental. Perfect for handicapped people & absolutely perfect for groups traveling together great space.

Location was superb right off the top of the Spanish Steps. Borghese Garden just a short walk away and great place for a morning walk/jog with spectacular views.
