L'attico Trastevere "B" è un appartamento all'ultimo piano con splendida terrazza panoramica.
Questo appartamento è situato nel cuore del centro storico di Roma (quartiere "trastevere"). Il livello inferiore è composto da soggiorno con angolo cottura e divano letto. Il livello superiore è composto da camera da letto, bagno con box doccia (marmo travertino) e accesso alla splendida terrazza panoramica.
La TERRAZZA SUL TETTO PANORAMICO ha una MERAVIGLIOSA vista sui tetti di Roma (tra cui St. Peter dome).

Comodità: WIFI, A / C, flatTV , Satellite, Radio-lettore CD (con bluetooth per caricare la tua musica), lavatrice, terrazza panoramica sul tetto (dotata di tavolo e sedie in legno, poltrona reclinabile, "Weber" barbecue a gas, luci ambientali a led e molte piante, fiori e spezie biologiche di stagione come basilico, rosmarino, timo :)

Questo è un appartamento ideale per due persone ma che può ospitare anche 2 adulti + 1 o 2 bambini.
NOTA: nello stesso edificio, fianco a fianco, si trova anche l'appartamento Trastevere Penthouse "unità A" (elenco # 289229: può ospitare fino a 4 + 1). Pertanto, possiamo ospitare anche gruppi più grandi.

Questa proprietà si trova all'interno del centro storico "Vecchio" (quartiere "Trastevere"). Tutti i siti principali sono facilmente raggiungibili a piedi.

NOTA: il livello superiore, causa è situato abbastanza sotto il tetto, ha un margine per la testa basso in alcune aree (l'altezza per la testa nel livello superiore va da 1,70 mt a 2,70 mt - si prega di vedere le foto degli interni).

Zona di Trastevere: il quartiere romano più tipico si trova appena oltre il ponte dal centro storico (ed è quello che significa il nome, sul fiume Tevere) è diventato molto alla moda negli ultimi vent'anni, quando le stradine e i vicoli tipici di questo la zona ha iniziato a ospitare bar e ristoranti insieme ad alcuni negozi alla moda ancora situati nella zona. Il quartiere è il più vivace della città ed estremamente affollato nei fine settimana. Oltre ai negozi, anche molto famosa la chiesa di Santa Maria in Trastevere, conosciuta come una delle più antiche chiese cristiane di Roma.

Questa è una proprietà "NON fumatori" (con la sola eccezione della terrazza).

CHI SIAMO: siamo una famiglia che affitta i nostri appartamenti a Roma (dal 1999). Le nostre proprietà si trovano abbastanza all'interno del "vecchio" quartiere storico.
Come antipasto, prima dell'arrivo, invierò un elenco di suggerimenti per ristoranti locali, mercati di alimenti biologici e altro ancora.
Sarò SEMPRE disponibile durante il vostro soggiorno (il mio cellulare è attivo 24 ore su 24).
Io (o un altro membro della mia famiglia) ti incontrerò personalmente e ti aiuterò con i bagagli il giorno dell'arrivo :)

Rome beauty

Lots of steps up to this beauty, but its really not that bad, and our host Alessio helped us haul our luggage up as he met us and explained how it all worked sent us plenty of info on where to shop and eat ! !It is in a perfect location easy access to everything! Would stay here again!

Absolutely wonderful, the Terrace is Amazing

The property was amazing and at the perfect place in the historic district. A easily walkable distance to all major sites with plenty of local charm in the neighborhood. The Host was very kind, punctual, and helpful. I recommend this place to anyone staying in Rome.

This VRBO was truly one of the best accommodations I’ve ever experienced in Rome!Highlights:•The host was incredibly welcoming and even helped carry our luggage up to the unit—much appreciated since it’s a third-floor walk-up.•As someone who travels frequently, I can confidently say the bed and pillows rival (and even surpass) those of many 5-star hotels.•The terrace is absolutely stunning—imagine sipping a glass of wine with the rooftops of Rome as your backdrop.•Impeccably clean throughout.•While compact, the kitchen is thoughtfully equipped with everything you might need.•The shower has excellent water pressure—a rare find in European rentals.•The air conditioning works almost too well (a blessing during summer in Rome).•Generously sized towels, which is always a pleasant surprise.Only Downside:•I’m no longer staying there!Highly recommend this spot for anyone visiting Rome—it’s a gem

Lovely terrace in a great part of the city

Alessio is a great host and met us at the property with a bottle of Prosecco! The apartment is well positioned and we were able to walk everywhere.There is everything you need at the property including a washing machine, hairdryer and gas barbecue. Not suitable for very tall people and as a penthouse there are many stairs. But we had a great time and recommend it highly.

Rome Patio Apartment.

Excellent location near the heart of Trastevere. Easy walking distance to cafes and restaurants. Patio a delightful refuge after a full day of sightseeing. This is a penthouse unit. Only drawback is lack of elevator.

Calm and charming

Alessio’s penthouse apartment was adorable. We were on a very quick trip but the apartment was clean and had all the amenities needed. Alessio was kind, responsive, and very accommodating. The terrace was beautiful. The neighborhood was safe and quiet. The restaurant reccomendations were great and we felt very welcome.

Allessio Penthouse Apartment is Great!

We loved our stay at Alessio's apartment - the location is absolutely perfect - so comfortable and convenient to everything in Rome. The apartment is small but perfect for two, very clean, comfortable bed and shower. The BEST is the penthouse area with a view - we would have coffee up there and drink wine at night and enjoy the outdoor view. Alessio is really helpful the entire time. You cannot find a better location for exploring Rome - the neighborhood is lively, warm, full of lovely shops and restaurants. Taxis close by. We really loved our stay at this apartment and will recommend to family and friends.

Sweet apartment, amazing location

We had a great week in Alessio’s apartment in Trastevere. He gave us a great orientation to the property and we knew we would be well cared for if we needed anything. It was great to be able to control the thermostat directly. The location was amazing - great area, lots of good places to eat nearby and just a short walk into the heart of Rome.

Alessio was a wonderful host and the accommodations were perfect! I would highly highly recommend staying here. Alessio made check in so easy, was full of information and the property was delightful! The location is perfect and it was easy to get to many attractions. The surrounding area is full of great restaurants and shops. Amazing!

I highly recommend this property. My wife and I were able to walk to everything within 30 minutes for tours and historical building. Great food and shops just minutes away. And of course the roof sitting area was awesome.

Wonderful place to stay in Rome

We stayed for 6 nights, I would highly recommend Alessio's place. Perfect size apartment for 2, very convenient and thoughtfully stocked including minor details like shopping bags and umbrellas. All was clean, beds are comfortable, all was working properly. Enough compliments were said already about the location and I agree 100 percent, it's close to all the attractions yet is on the charming street and away from the tourist noise. The owner is nice, polite, responsive and helpful. Thank you very much, Alessio!

Trastevere Stay

We recently stayed at Alessio’s apartment in Trastevere while we were in a Rome for 5 nights. We could not have asked for anything better. The apartment was lovely with an amazing rooftop terrace where we were able to relax at the end of a day. The kitchen had everything we needed and we were able to cook up a couple of dinners, that we were able to eat on the terrace while enjoying the sights and sounds of the area. Alessio as a host was wonderful. He was there to meet us for check-in, helped us get our luggage up to his apartment, and showed us through the apartment while explaining everything. He was always available if we had questions. He also supplied a very thorough list of what we needed to know for the area as well as recommendations for food, alcohol, shopping etc. should we ever be back in the area we would want to stay here again! It was the best start to our Italian journey that we could have asked for.

Amazing

This adorable unit was absolutely spectacular! Bonus rooftop terrace was an added bonus. Not to mention the beautiful concert piano and violinist across the street that played most nights. It was absolutely magical! Highly recommend and plan on returning. Alessio was fabulous! He helped carry our luggage up and then down the 5 flights.

Un apt dans un quartier au charme fou, proche des lieux historiques.

Secteur tranquille, avec plusieurs services à proximité. Terrasse bien aménagée avec vue sur les toits. Visites des lieux historiques à pied: Colisée, Place du Capitole, fontaine de Trévi, etc. Trastevere est très agréable en tout temps, avec ses cafés, ses commerces, ses ruelles, etc. Le propriétaire transmet plusieurs informations utiles et est très disponible au besoin. Séjour de deux semaines qui a passé très vite!

Small but Special

Alsessio’s property requires ‘a climb’, as it is a penthouse apartment. You walk into a small ‘living room’ with a small table table and chairs for two, and a small sofa and a refrigerator and 2 burners. (Trust me, you are unlikely to be cooking in this apartment even though it is adequately stocked.) If you aren’t willing to climb out the windows of the upstairs bedroom onto a tiled terrace (with larger table and chair and umbrella for shade) you will find this apartment ‘too small’. The outdoor terrace atop this 4 flour walk-up is what makes it so special. The local is perfect. Many shops and dining opportunities along with other recommendations from your host, Alessio. At the end of your stay youare required to take any trash downstairs and a few blocks down the street to a the street to larger ‘city bins’. I found this task odd to be asked to do as you must also climb down those 76 steps with your luggage at visit’s end. That said, the terrace is what is magical about this property and your host, Alessio, is a very responsive owner and kind, too.

Perfect place to stay to enjoy the true Roman experience

Set in the characterful area of Trastevere, this quirky apartment is a perfect retreat from the busy city - yet close enough to walk to all the sights of Ancient Rome. Lovely terrace for quiet evenings. Small interior space and fairly limited kitchen, but nice restaurant on the doorstep. One caveat - 76 stairs to the apartment and no lift!
