Bellissima casa vacanze nel centro di Roma su Governo Vecchio, ovvero la strada anticamente percorsa dal Papa per raggiungere San Giovanni in Laterano: tocca, fra gli altri, Piazza dell'Orologio, Piazza Navona, sfiora Campo de' Fiori ed è strategica per raggiungere Vaticano e Castel Sant'Angelo.

Tra le particolarità dell'alloggio, gestito da FromHometoRome e arredato in stile classico con elementi d'epoca, è l'affaccio completamente privato da un terrazzo di pertinenza, che si trova a un piano più alto rispetto all'appartamento: ideale per pranzare all'aperto, per un aperitivo o semplicemente per godere dell'affaccio sui tetti di Roma o sulla torre dell'orologio costruita dal Borromini nel 1648.

Questo appartamento può ospitare fino a 4 persone, ed è ideale per due coppie di amici o per una vacanza in famiglia. Aria condizionata e Wifi sono a disposizione di tutti gli ospiti.

We enjoyed our 8 day stay. Emanuele, Sara, and their team made us feel welcome and were always available to answer questions and assist us when needed. The Flat was great and gave us a “home away from home” feeling. We didn’t get time to enjoy the terrace due to busy schedule and weather, but I know it would have been a relaxing and peaceful environment to enjoy. Thank you for a great stay!

Very Nice location. Helpful management reception staff. Good apt size. Too many step downs inside apt. Step down in one bathroom can present fall risk and should marked. AC dripping water on wood floor when on. Adding night light can temper fall risk at night. Terrace is at a separate level making access less easy. . Many steps before reaching elevator to go up. This can present a problem for limited mobility individuals with luggage.

The apartment was SO charming and was more than we hoped for from the description. It was so comfortable, the beds were so aeesome, we had a hard time getting up! There is a lift from floor two to floor four, which we loved, and the private patio was awesome!Easy check in and check out, incredible location, and very helpful arrangements for transfers. We highly recommend this VRBO. We so hope to come back and stay longer!

Loved the location! Two great restaurants right below the apartment. Plazas, restaurants, shopping, grocery stores all within walking distance. The private terrace was one floor up and not directly attached to the apartment. One flight of stairs before you reach the lift if needed. Very clean spartment and ample kitchen. Host was so friendly and most helpful, sharing some of her favorite restaurants and places to visit.

Great location, really quaint and charming vintage decor in apartment. Had one blip with the power because we used too many appliances at once (our bad completely), but the hosts were quick to respond on how to turn it back on. One note: both bathrooms have dangerous steps and they added some visual signs so visitors don't fall. No accidents with us, but I would imagine it could be difficult with younger children. Overall, great couple of days in Rome. Would book again!

This apartment was wonderful! We had a great stay. The layout of the space is a split floor plan with a nice cozy living room to plan for a day of exploring. The AC worked great and is in both bedrooms and the living room. Super comfy beds and we appreciated that coffee was provided. The rooftop terrace is great for a nightcap with great views! The hosts were super helpful and friendly, they helped us out when we made a small error with the keys and they were very kind about it. The neighborhood has everything you need within walking distance (right downstairs!) restaurants, cafes and shopping and it is close to so many attractions that you can easily walk to. You only have to walk up 1 flight of stairs to get to the lift to take you to the 4th floor. We would definitely stay here again, we enjoyed our stay and the communicative and friendly hosts very much.

Perfect stay in Rome

This was a wonderful home away from home. We were assisted with transport to and from the airport, greeted by a friendly staff member who introduced us to the wonderful space! It was comfortable, spacious and the upstairs patio was amazing. The location was central and made our sightseeing so easy. Thank you again Emanuele and Sara. Until next time!

This location is amazing. The private rooftop terrace is like from a movie! We had an incredible time in Rome, this location was perfect, walkable to everything, right in the middle of everything. We would definitely stay here again. We enjoyed a bottle of wine on the terrace ever evening.

Absolutely loved our stay! The apartment was clean, spacious, and beautifully appointed with super comfy beds. The location couldn’t be better—easy access, surrounded by great coffee shops and restaurants, and we walked to everything. The hosts were friendly and helpful. Ideal location to immerse yourself into the culture of Rome. Historical sites and other places of interest are an enjoyable short walk away. Local restaurants and cafes are just outside the front door.

Great flat in a terrific neighborhood

The flat was quite large and perfect for 3 people. Lots of light. Fully equipped kitchen was useful for morning coffee. TV connection was spotty but WiFi worked quite well. It is on a wonderful street in a lovely neighborhood. Had a terrific terrace that we did not get to use because the weather was a bit chilly but would be great if rented during a warmer time. Very responsive host. Would rent here again

Perfect for family vacation

Very nice, large, and clean apartment in a perfect location. Within walking range of all the historical attractions as well as wonderful restaurants. Check in was a breeze and the prearranged airport transfer service is a huge convenience. I would highly recommend.

Lovely apartment in a great central location

Great apartment on the third floor, nice living room space, small, well equipped kitchen. En-suites for both rooms although the twin room one is not exactly adjacent. Comfortable beds, clean and welcoming. Both bathrooms are a bit dated and there are a few steps up and down in the flat which you have to watch out for. The roof terrace is a shared space and is not attached to the flat, being on the floor above. Location is fantastic, straight out onto the street which takes you down to the Piazza Novona, about 5 mins walk. Generally quiet but there are restaurants and bars around so can be noisy at times.
