THOUGHTFUL CLEANING AND GUEST SUPPORT

Cleanliness and comfort are important to us. Bed covers are washed after every guest's stay, while decorative cushions and curtains are washed regularly.

Our professional cleaning teams work to maintain the apartment to a high standard. If something does not meet your expectations, or if you notice an issue during your stay, please contact us so we can arrange for the appropriate team to address it.

You will receive our team's contact details at check-in and can reach out by phone or message if you need assistance. We want you to feel supported and know where to turn if a question or concern arises.

PERSONALISED LOCAL RECOMMENDATIONS

At check-in, our agent will provide a map of Rome and help you get acquainted with the surrounding area. We can point out useful transport connections, recommend places to visit and share suggestions for restaurants and scenic viewpoints around the city.

If you need help with your luggage, our staff can also assist you in carrying it to the apartment.

We can help arrange tours and museum visits through our trusted partners. Options may include Colosseum tours, half-day golf cart tours and food tours, with discounted rates potentially available on selected experiences.

CHECK-IN AND ARRIVAL INFORMATION

Standard check-in time is 3:00 PM.

Early arrival:
An early check-in option is available between 12:00 PM and 3:00 PM for €20. This allows you to drop off your luggage while the apartment is being cleaned. We will do our best to prepare the apartment earlier, but readiness is guaranteed by 3:00 PM.

Late check-in fees:
- After 8:00 PM: €40
- After 11:00 PM: €50
- Sundays: €40
- Public holidays: €50

If you expect to arrive more than 45 minutes later than your agreed arrival time, please notify us in advance. A €20 delay fee may apply if you arrive late without notice. We ask that you contact us at least one hour ahead if you anticipate a delay.

If the correct payment is not provided at check-in and a second visit is needed to collect it, a €10 fee applies.

- Baby cot: €5 per night
- High chair: €5 per night

HOUSE RULES

To help keep the apartment comfortable and the building peaceful for everyone, please follow these guidelines:

1. Security: Keep the front door fully closed and locked whenever you leave the apartment. Close the shutters and windows when you are away.

2. Respect for neighbours: Please be considerate of other residents. Keep television and music volume low before 8:00 AM and after 10:00 PM, and avoid slamming doors.

3. No parties: Parties are not permitted. Guests are responsible for damage or missing items during their stay.

4. Rubbish disposal: Dispose of daily rubbish in the designated bins at the building entrance or in the street-side bins indicated near the building.

5. Keeping the apartment tidy: Please keep the apartment reasonably clean and tidy to help minimise the risk of pests.

6. Linen and towels: Please use bed linen and towels only for their intended purposes.

7. Plumbing: Do not flush feminine hygiene products or other unsuitable items down the toilet. Dispose of them in the rubbish bin, and avoid putting materials down sinks or toilets that could cause blockages. Guests may be responsible for repair costs resulting from misuse.

8. Telephone use: Please do not make calls using the apartment's telephone line. Any calls registered during your stay may be charged to you.

9. Reporting concerns: If anything is not clean enough or an appliance, television or other feature is not working correctly, please let us know so we can assist.
