Luminoso ed elegante appartamento appena ristrutturato (Gennaio 2016), composto da: salone, cucina, terrazzo, 2 camere, 2 bagni (posti letto 7); situato a pochi minuti da Piazza San Pietro, Vaticano e Cappella Sistina. A soli 15 minuti dal Centro, Piazza Navona e in prossimità dello splendido Parco di Villa Doria Panphili.
L'appartamento, al secondo piano di uno stabile con portiere ed ascensore, si compone di:
- due grandi camere matrimoniali ( di cui una con letti separabili) climatizzate e dotate di tutti i confort;
- Un grande e comodo salone (con divano letto matrimoniale 160x200) e la cucina, completamente attrazzata, (stoviglie, accessori, lavastoviglie, lavatrice, forno elettrico e micronde ecc..)
- due bagni con doccia
- un terrazzo fiorito per ottimo per breakfast o per un aperitivo serale
- wi-fi e aria condizionata
- TV satellitare
I grandi ambienti, dotati di arredi moderni, possono ospitare comodamente fino a 6 persone. Nelle immediate vicinanze vi sono i principali esercizi commerciali, tra cui un supermercato aperto 7 giorni su 7 - farmacia - Mc Donalds - oltre a ristoranti bar e negozi di tutti i generi.
L'appartamento gode di luminosità e calore, risulta ideale anche per due coppie che desiderino condividere una vacanza mantenendo la propria indipendenza, oppure una famiglia con figli o un gruppo di amici. dal grande salone si accede ad un delizioso terrazzo ed alla cucina a quattro fuochi completamente attrezzata. Da qui si accede alla prima camera da letto matrimoniale, dotata di ogni comfort e bagno privato, ed alla seconda camera più ampia con letto matrimoniale eventualmente divisibile che all'occorrenza può ospitare un terzo lettino per bambini 0/3 anni.

I and my family had a great time at Ms. Beatrice's apartment. Mrs. Betrice was very attentive and friendly to us, she tried to answer all our questions and helped us throughout our stay. On the day of our arrival, Ms. Beatrice gave us full information about the city and transport, showed how and what to use in the apartment to make ourselves feel at home. Also, Mrs. Beatrice allowed us to leave things in the apartment for 2 hours after check-out time, while we waited for the driver who drove us to the coast near Rome, also organized by Mrs. Beatrice. The time spent in Mrs. Beatrice's apartment was relaxing and happy. I and my family are grateful to Mrs. Beatrice for her hospitality. We will definitely stay in the apartment of Mrs. Beatrice when we arrive in Rome!

Siamo stati in 5 nel bellissimo appartamento di Beatrice, che ci ha accolto con cordialità e simpatia. Ci ha mostrato l'appartamento e ci ha dato delucidazioni su come raggiungere dall'appartamento i vari punti di interesse di Roma. La locazione è perfetta, si può raggiungere San Pietro a piedi o con autobus e metro. Sotto al palazzo vi sono negozi, pasticcerie, ristoranti, farmacie e market (avendo 3 bimbe celiache per noi è stato perfetto).L'appartamento è arredato con gusto, elegante, pulito e funzionale, dotato di un balconcino su cui poter fare colazione o sorseggiare un the messo a disposizione .Che dire? Tre giorni piacevolissimi...ottimo! Simona

This place had everything we needed to enjoy our time in Rome. It was comfortable clean and the kitchen had everything we needed to prepare fresh meals from the fresh produce from the market around the corner. Walking distance to some nice restaurants. One thing I didn’t realize was that it is further removed from Rome Central than I expected, which was not a problem, but if you’re looking to experience the Rome Central lifestyle this would not be an ideal stay for you. If you’re looking to stay away from heavily populated tourist areas than this is the place for you. We walked to Vatican City and a number of the must see attractions in Rome. I recommend this place with no hesitation. Beatrice and Romeo were very available and accessible whenever I needed any questions answered.

The apartment was nice, just as described. It is located in a neighborhood with multiple restaurants and eateries, which was great. A grocery was also close by. We especially loved the coffee and pastry shop right next door and visited it each morning. There is a taxi stand also in front of the property, although getting a taxi in Rome was hit or miss for us the entire stay (including in the city). Overall, it was a pleasant stay although if ever returning, might opt to be more central in the city.

Wir waren als Mädelsgruppe unterwegs und hatten eine tolle Zeit in Rom. Beatrice hat uns freundlicherweise nach unserer Ankunft die Koffer entgegengenommen, so dass wir direkt mit der Erkundung der Stadt starten konnten. Das Appartement ist zentral an einem großen Platz gelegen, wir konnten deshalb eigentlich alle Sehenswürdigkeiten zu Fuss erreichen. Aber auch ein Taxistand vor der Tür oder die Bushaltestelle in unmittelbarer Nähe wären Optionen gewesen. Die Wohnung bietet zwei geräumige Schlafzimmer mit eigenen Bädern und eine wirklich gut ausgestattete Küche. Wir haben uns rundum wohl gefühlt. Einzig die Lautstärke der vielbefahrenen Straße und der Stadt war etwas gewöhnungsbedürftig. Aber nach einigen Tagen eigentlich kein Problem mehr, wir haben sogar auf dem Balkon gefrühstückt. Vielen Dank Beatrice für den freundlichen Empfang und die guten Tipps.

Location was great. Beds were comfortable. Beatrice did an excellent job communicating. We liked the pastry shop and Todis food market that were nearby. We dined at the Boris restaurant and food was very good. Overall we had a good experience.

We stayed four days at this unit. Everything went well, the beds were great. The water in Rome is excellent far better than a lot of places we’ve experienced. The restaurants are very good just across the street. We tried four or five all regret. The bus transportation is right there one very important thing that I noticed was The building seems quite secure. It’s lockdown pretty good. But the best part is that the owner is not very far from you and if there’s any problems, she is great to handle anything. She handled our transportation and helped us above and beyond what we all expected. I can’t say enough about Beatrice what a wonderful lady.

The apartment was clean and excellent for our family. I would stay there again. We would Uber into the city for sightseeing and walk back. We loved exploring the city this way. There are plenty of places close at hand to buy food for the apartment and your stay.

The stay was wonderful and so was Beatriz. The neighborhood was a bit of a walk to the main areas of attractions. Bakery right downstairs but the staff was not very friendly to tourists, which is a shame because had they been we would have been there every morning. However, the apartment itself was excellent.

This was the perfect apartment, tucked away for quiet nights of sleep, but still only a short drive away from the city attractions. We experienced a heat wave, so the apartment AC was perfect to have on when we returned each day. It was very nice to have 2 bedrooms with 2 full bathrooms, fully stocked kitchen, living room, all the things. We enjoyed the coffee shop at the corner, and right across the street was a little grocery store, convenient store, McDonalds, ATMs, and many restaurants to walk to. We were able to catch a Taxi at the Taxi stop next to the Apt building a few times, but other times really needed the FreeNow app to schedule a taxi to come. Vatican was walking distance (~30 mins walk away), but we did need to allow at least 30-35 mins to get to central Rome attractions due to heavy traffic and waiting for Taxis. The owner was so nice, very communicative, and helped schedule airport transportation for us - highly recommend doing especially if you are a party of 4+ with 4+ checked bags. Would definitely come stay here again when we return to Roma!

We had an absolutely wonderful time staying in Rome. The property was exactly what I imagined it to be, if not better. Beatrice reached out right after booking and was easy to contact leading up to our stay. She graciously offered to have a driver pick us up from the airport for an additional fee. We declined thinking we could find cheaper options, which there were but only slightly. If you want to be worry free and avoid the stress of waiting in lines for a taxi, I would recommend taking the offer. We were greeted upon arrival and given a tour of the apartment which was appreciated. There was a bus stop just a few steps from the apartment and we found they were easy to navigate and pretty reliable. I would recommend staying here to any family and friends.

Sehr schöne zentral gelegene Ferienwohnung. Die Bushaltestelle ist direkt vor dem Haus, aber man kann auch zum Vatikan laufen. Gastgeberin sehr nett und gut erreichbar. Parken in der Parkgarage neben an war auch sehr gut. Danke
