This apartment is large, 1184 sq. ft., and easily sleeps 9 guests. Located in an elegant building, you reach the apartment by elevator to the first floor (called the 2nd floor in the US.)
The living room area is roomy with a comfortable double sofabed. The kitchen with dining area is fully equipped with everything you need to prepare meals. Dishwasher, refrigerator, freezer, 2-ring stove, oven, microwave, and of course cooking utensils.
The dining room area is conveniently adjacent to the kitchen. The dining room table seats 9.
You and your guests will rest well in the 3 independent bedrooms. The first bedroom, with a double bed and a twin bed, can sleep three guests. The other two bedrooms each contain double beds. For additional space, the living room sofabed makes into a double.
Feel pampered in the two beautifully designed bathrooms. The first features a bathtub with hand shower. The second bathroom has a standing shower. Both bathrooms are equipped with toilets, sinks, and Italian bidets.
The apartment is fully furnished and features independent heating, air conditioning, and WI-FI internet access.
