Bright, newly renovated and quiet panoramic penthouse with two balconies overlooking Rome.
Ideal for families, couples, friends or colleagues travelling together. Located on the seventh floor of an elegant building with concierge, just a short walk from the metro. In about 10 minutes you can reach the Colosseum, Trevi Fountain, Spanish Steps and St. Peter’s Basilica.

Welcome to our panoramic penthouse in Rome: an elegant, light-filled apartment designed for comfort and privacy.

The apartment features:
Two bedrooms
Master bedroom with en-suite bathroom and private balcony
Second bedroom with two single beds (can be prepared as one double bed upon request)
Two modern bathrooms, with fresh linen and complimentary toiletries
Spacious living area with two sofas, dining table, desk and TV with multilingual Netflix
The kitchen is brand new and fully equipped with dishwasher, oven, fridge with freezer and high-quality tableware.
Superfast fibre Wi-Fi, air conditioning and heating are available in every room.

The apartment is located in an elegant, safe and authentic neighbourhood, close to Villa Torlonia and garden cafés.
Within a short walk you’ll find a 24/7 supermarket, restaurants, cafés, pharmacy, banks and the Metro Line B, which connects directly to the main attractions of Rome.

Quello che mi ha piaciuto molto: Il quartiere vivace (negozi, bars) ma non turistico, e verde, Mezzi di trasporto pubblici vicini, Camere a letto tranquille con letti confortevoli, Balcone sul ouest (tramonti splendidi), WiFi ottimo, e anche il lavastoviglie e la lavatrice sono di qualità, Spazioso. Short stay in Rome

This property was well maintained, and the owner was very friendly. It was a little further from Central Rome than I would have liked, but the metro is very close. Restaurants and grocery stores are in short walking distances.

Lovely apartment in great location

The apartment was really nice and the location excellent with the metro a few minutes walk away , local shops, especially the deli a few doors away were good. The issue we had was noise, from the construction work that started at 7am and the neighbours shouting until the early hours of the morning. There is a bar located opposite that is open until 2am . In addition the apartment could have been cleaner, especially the 2 bathrooms shou

2 1/2 Day Taste of Rome

Our group of four (60-70 year olds) enjoyed a whirlwind taste of Rome's traditional tourist sites while enjoying the local flavor of this multi-story apartment building in a quiet, lovely neighborhood of coffee shops, little cafes, and a Sunday market square. We were very fortunate to be able to check in early after departing our cruise ship. Eleanora met us at our appointed time, showed us how to use the very small but dependable elevators, and gave us a tour of her newly refurbished beautiful apartment. Though it was furnished with cooking and eating utensils, we took advantage of the nearby coffee shops and cafes for our meals. We felt completely safe in the building and neighborhood, and had a wonderful time.

Amazing location and penthouse with a very helpful host Eleonora

We loved the apartment. It was beautiful and extremely clean and comfortable. Very quiet at night. We walked all over Rome from the apartment and enjoyed the local Piazza Bologna with its many restaurants and shops. We would definitely stay here again.

Incredible place to stay! Two balconies with views of both sunrise and sunset. Beautiful large clean comfortable modern apartment in great neighborhood. This stay exceeded all our expectations and has been our most favourite accomodation during our travels thru Italy. Excellent host with tips on the area and thoughtful condiments. The metro, grocery store, shops and restaurants were all nearby. Quick and easy access to Rome's attractions. We took a taxi from the airport but you could easily take the trains thru to the metro.

Great apartment perfect location

Apartment was clean and tidy, very fresh and aesthetically pleasing! Host was great at communicating and even ensured we got in ok when we landed extremely late, was helpful with places to eat around the area also. She text in English so was perfect! We used the metro system to get to the apartment and it was a short walk from there so ideal for little legs! There was a noisy bar across the road, but noise doesn’t bother us much! A great stay, would recommend and would visit again!

Fantastico!!

It was a wonderful week. The apartment was presented very well. The location was excellent and Eleanor’s suggestions for food and places around the apartment were great! Eleanor met us for check in and walked us through everything- including the old elevator that we probably wouldn’t have known how to work had she not!! One thing to be aware of is there is no microwave. We ended up heating left overs in the oven- it was fine. We would absolutely stay here again! Thank you!

Bright and great location

This apartment was clean and very bright with a beautiful view. The location is excellent.. It is a very lively neighborhood with lots of restaurants and stores and a very short walk to the metro at Piazza Bologna. Eleonora was a great host and quick to help us with any concerns we had.

Idealer Ausgangspunkt für eine Woche in Rom

Wir (2 Erwachsene, zwei Kinder 14 u.18) haben eine Woche in dieser Wohnung verbracht und haben uns dort sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Wohnung ist hell und geräumig, sie liegt zentral und verkehrsgünstig. Die nächste Metrostation ist nur drei Minuten entfernt. Gleich gegenüber befindet sich der Park der Villa Massimo. Damit ist sie der ideale Ausgangspunkt für die Erkundung der Innenstadt und der Sehenswürdigkeiten von Rom. Freundliche Gastgeber, die gern mit Tipps weiterhelfen. Einziges Manko: Die Ausstattung der Küche könnte etwas besser sein. We (2 adults, two children 14 u.18) spent a week in this apartment and we felt very comfortable there. The apartment is bright and spacious, it is centrally located and easily accessible. The nearest metro station is only three minutes away. Just opposite is the park of Villa Massimo. This makes it the ideal base for exploring downtown and the sights of Rome. Friendly hosts who are happy to help with tips. The equipment of the kitchen could be a bit better.
