Questo grande e confortevole appartamento si trova in una zona elegante vicino al Vaticano ed al centro storico. In 5 minuti a piedi, attraversando Ponte Cavour, si arriva a Piazza di Spagna e in 10 minuti a San Pietro. La zona è anche servita dalla metro e da numerosi bus nonché ricca di negozi, supermercati e bar. Situato in un palazzo umbertino, l’appartamento ne possiede tutte le tipiche caratteristiche: i soffitti alti, i vani spaziosi e i pavimenti con mattonelle d’epoca. E’ un primo piano con ascensore ed è composto da un soggiorno con divano letto matrimoniale, sala da pranzo, cucina attrezzata, due camere matrimoniali, una camera con tre letti singoli e due bagni, una con doccia e uno con vasca idromassaggio. Da una delle stanze si accede a un balconcino con sedie e tavolino che affaccia sul cortile interno del palazzo. L’arredamento è in stile moderno e funzionale. Questo appartamento è ideale per una famiglia numerosa o un gruppo di amici, punto di partenza perfetto per chi vuole esplorare Roma con la massima comodità.

Bell'appartamento nel centro di Roma

l'appartamento è veramente bello e ben distribuito. le camere da letto grandi e bene arredate. la zona giorno (soggiorno e sala da pranzo) grande e luminosa e la cucina piccola ma bene attrezzata. I due bagni, uno grande con vasca idro e uno piccolo con la doccia, erano puliti ed in efficenza, tranne il soffione della doccia che necessitava di una spruzzata di anticalcare per ripristinare la pienezza del getto (comunque la doccia poteva essere fatta ). Lavinia è stata puntuale ed efficiente sia al check-in che al check-out. Grazie di tutto. Francesco.

The place inside is nothing like the pictures. Stuff was broken and not very clean. The hot water did not work in the one bathroom unless you started the hot water in the second bathtoom

Could be cleaner. The toilet broke but host got it fixed. Could use washcloths and more towels. Water temperature for shower was not good. The door lock was extremely frustrating as it took us awhile one evening to get in.

The hot water in the shower was hard to keep hot. We would wait 10 min. To get hot and it only stayed hot for 30sec to a minute. The water pressure was also terrible. They did have an iron but I plugged in 2times and all the power went out. The kitchen was good but no towels to was and dry dishes. The dresser in the bedroom was broke. We tried to fix but it fell apart again.

This apartment was everything it advertised and is great value for the price. We loved that it was uncluttered and had lots of space. The kitchen was a bit tight, but adequate for cooking, and there is a large dining room table with chairs. It was extremely hot in Rome the week we visited and the ACs in the three bedrooms worked very well. Generally, the stone floors, high ceilings and large windows made the rest of the apartment feel cool and airy. The TV and wifi worked well and there were many nice restaurants nearby, a couple of grocery stores, lots of shops, and it was walking distance to many great attractions. We highly recommend this apartment!
Outside of the apartment building, which has a nice central courtyard and a service elevator.

Nice place

Within walking and busses for all the sites. One of the ACs didn't work, but we were told that when we arrived, it wasnt terrible cause we had fans to use. One of the toilets didn't seem to flush all that well either. Great plane to rear your head at night after a day of exploring Rome!

We really enjoyed our stay and highly recommend to other families. Great location - about 15 minutes walk from the parks at Villa Borghese. It was a really minimal but lovely apartment. The check in process was very flexible, which was great since we have a family with young children. The A/C worked well. There were also plenty of fans. It was near a hop on/hop off bus stop. There is also a lift to assist with getting to the second floor with all our luggage. Highly recommend!

Do Not Stay Here

Do not stay here. Place is simply gross. All bedding has stains along with furniture. Hot water was broken. AC was broken. Try and make you pay cash upon arrival. Does not reflect the pictures at all. Floors are sticky and floras, terrible experience

Property is very well located, easy to walk to Romes main attractions. Check in and communication with host was easy. Unfortunately this property needs some attention. One of the toilets was not working properly and with 6 guests this became a challenge. Also, shower was leaky and very small. The unit was not very clean.

Family visit to Rome

The property was as described and the recent reviews noted the flaws with the apartment. Small shower did not provide hot water and the large s bathroom shower bath tub shower was broken. Dispite that we (8) of us managed a shower. Location was prime and the security was great. Air conditioner in one room did not work but we were fortunate that the weather was good and fan that were provided was sufficient. Wifi was spotty but met our needs during our stay.

The Good, Bad, Ugly

The Good: Great location near Vatican and other sites, restaurants, shopping, art, etc. The Bad: One air condition unit was broken. Little to no hot water in shower. Minimal water pressure in shower, more of a trickle than shower. Shower was tiny and had no shelves for soap or shampoo. The Ugly: high "cleaning fee", mold in the shower room. Incomplete cookware. Pots and pans had no lids. Cheap bedroom furniture than creaked loudly with the smallest of movements. Had to "wrestle" with the door lock every time we came back. The apartment has so much potential if only it were maintained properly.

The property did not match the online listing. Not clean and not modern. The beds were very squeaky. There were stains on the chairs and sofa. One of the room AC didn't work.

Helpful host, spacious apartment

I am writing on behalf of my son and daughter in law who stayed at the home with four of their son's and one son's wife. They had a wonderful time. Really appreciated Emanuel meeting them at the home and explaining all about the home and the area. Having a washing machine was very helpful. Great Walking Location!

We brought our kids and grandkids to Italy! This was a great location to walk to the Vatican, Piazza del Popolo, Castel Sant Angelo…everywhere! The apartment is big and everyone was comfortable!!

The apartment is spacious and well located. However, maintenance is overdue. Shower was leaking all over the hallway, toilets were broken, matrasses are past their prime. Furniture looks like it was bought from a student after years of partying. And most annoyingly there was no wifi. I would not recommend this apartment, until overdue maintenance is done.

spacious property but a few downsides

The property was huge with plenty of space for the 6 of us. The beds were comfortable but the bedding was dirty - pillows were covered in brown stains so could do with a refresh. The shower head was broken so water poured out but still ok to shower in and plenty of hot water. The apartment is located in a great spot - there is a lovely restaurant just down the road and it is close to buses to take you all over the city very easily and cheaply. The only downside to being so central was the noise - Rome is very noisy with people and rubbish collections through the night! Overall great place but could do with a bit of maintenance and an update on some of the furnishings.

Alice was great.. we arrived early and they were gracious enough to go let one of our guest stay while the rest of us enjoyed Rome. Pretty apartment, close enough to everything, a little walk to find cabs but besides that all was prefect

Convenient location

Apartment was conveniently located in atone without being in the busy downtown tourist area. Great restaurants around and easy access to bus stops to get whoever you need to go. We had no issues with the apartment and area. Thank you for a great vacation.

We thought everything was pretty good. We were a little nervous because a couple of times we couldn’t get one of the keys to work at the main entrance. Also we were concerned about getting the garbage sorted correctly, but I think we got it right.

Les principaux avantages de cet appartement sont - sa localisation vraiment idéale car proche de l'hyper centre de Rome, du Vatican et du parc Borghese, dans un beau quartier avec des restaurants et supermarchés, - sa surface globale, seule la cuisine est un peu étroite - l'immeuble est soigné avec une très belle cour intérieure Neanmoins nous avons moyennement apprécié le séjour car - les fenêtres sont très anciennes et peu isolantes du bruit de circulation (peu de voitures mais des scooters à toute heure du jour et de la nuit circulent dans la petite rue) - quelques détails d'usure du mobilier fâchent, la clim est peu efficace car mal entretenue, la déco est bien moins gaie que les photos de l'annonce le laissent penser. Dommage car c'est ce peu de choses qui ne permettent pas de dire que c'est parfait ! L'accueil de l'agence Weekly rental est très professionnel. Nous les avons sollicité pour remplacer un ustensile de cuisine, ce qui a été fait sur le champ.
