Conveniently located in downtown Rome with just a hop and skip from Broad Street which is the heart of Rome. Filled with local shops, restaurants and bars. Downtown Blue #2 is an artsy and eclectic furnished 2 bedroom- 2-bathroom apartment filled with vibrancy and color. If you have a large party and require more space, please check out our other listing downstairs Downtown Blue By Siri #1.
If applicable, early check-in will be $20 extra a hour.

The home has 2 private bedrooms and bathrooms. The living room has a full-size futon style sofa, and a chair that let out to a single bed.

We are conveniently located within walking distance to Broad St, which has so many fun shops and restaurants!

Best place in Rome

Property was clean and fresh. Bed slept so very good. Right down from Broad St, easy walk to all restaurants and attractions. Will stay here again.

Personal retreat

Despite changing plans and a hurricane, I was able to get away for a few days. Downtown Blue 2 was quiet, clean, and had a great vibe. It was a perfect stay.

Downtown Rome

Starting with an easy to remember access code, we enjoyed the comforts of the cozy, cute blue house. The kitchen was well stocked, the sheets felt nice and a short walk brought us downtown.

Nice location to town

The place was clean, well decorated and close to everything. Unfortunately, we had to leave early due to a bee infestation in the window. We were refunded for the night and satisfied with that.

Lovely stay! Great decor and location!

We were in Rome for my father’s funeral and the host was super accommodating to all our needs. We were so grateful for this lovely place to stay during a very challenging time for our family. ♥️ The house is close to everything you need. Walking distance to our favorite - Honeymoon Bakery! And also to Schroeder’s Deli - a Rome mainstay for decades. The attention to detail, beautiful decor, comfy beds, and lovely art at this place made our stay great. Thank you!

Cute place! Location was great for our event at the forum. Manager was nice and resolved check-in and lock issue quickly. I do wish there had been other pillows besides the heavy foam ones. Worst part was the showers had temperature regulators and would not get hot enough. We made our showers short and quick. My husband thought it was miserable. Maybe not a problem in summer when you don’t mind a lukewarm shower. Not sure I’d stay again because of this.

Rome visit

Everything was great! Location was perfect and house was well equipped. I would recommend having a hair dryer as an amenity as people don’t like to travel with one. Also, the wrong street was listed as the property location but the property manager quickly corrected the info for us.

Lovely Location that could use some touching up.

We loved our stay in Rome and enjoyed staying at this place. The check in/out was very easy and we loved the two separate locations as we had a large group with us and split up between the first and second floor.The two minor complaints are for cleanliness and condition of the front door. The wood around the deadbolt was deteriorating and made us feel a little uncomfortable with locking up. There was also a lot of dead insects in the ceiling light that may have been missed when cleaning. Overall we really enjoyed our stay!

This property is adorable! Very clean, so nicely decorated and came with everything we needed - plenty of towels, utensils, even some coffee. We were in town for a Berry College visit, and the unit was close to the college (about 10 minutes), while also being very close to downtown Rome, which was great for dinner and breakfast options. Host was responsive. The only change I would make would be to make it clearer that this is Unit 2 - it's a 2 unit building and it wasn't clear to us which unit we were supposed to be staying in. Overall would definitely recommend!

great location in rome

walking distance from all the shops, this place was great with easy parking and a quiet corner. the place was spotless and while the cleaners showed up a day early for our stay, no issues! the fold out twin didn't really fold into a twin which worked for a child, but would not work for an adult. there was no dishwasher soap and while not a huge issue, was an inconvenience. comfortable beds, luxurious shower/bath in the master, and fun decor. would definitely recommend this spot!

A short getaway in Rome

We stayed at the property for 4 days to attend a sporting event in town. We enjoyed the place which was very nicely decorated and walking distance from Downtown Rome's main attractions and restaurants. The property was perfectly clean upon our arrival, bathrooms stocked with plenty of towels, beds well prepared with more than enough pillows to satisfy everyone's needs. One thing to know though is that this is an old house, which comes with its charm and also with what some may perceive as inconveniences such as uneven floors and very poor window insulation. The HVAC had to constantly compensate for this to keep the place warm and you will also hear an ongoing background noise from the facility across the street. But this did not really disturb us and we would gladly return to this place should another opportunity arise.
