  • A pochi passi su una strada tranquilla a Piazza Barberini e proprio dietro l'elegante Via Veneto, si trova questo appartamento con giardino recentemente ristrutturato con due camere da letto e due bagni in un edificio storico del 1600.

    L'affascinante hall d'ingresso dell'appartamento conduce ad una grande sala con svettanti 13 piedi soffitti a volta. Il soggiorno e zona pranzo sono decorate con un mix di mobili di design, arte e antiquariato con gusto. La cucina gourmet è attrezzata con un piano cottura a gas a quattro fuochi, frigo full-size e freezer, forno a convezione, forno a microonde e lavastoviglie.

    La suite matrimoniale è composto da un grande letto di dimensioni doppie, designer scrivania e armadio moderno completamente attrezzata con un cassettone interno, scorrevole scarpiere, area e mensole impiccagione. L'ampio bagno principale dispone di pavimenti in marmo travertino e le pareti, e sospesi wc e bidet. Il box doccia in vetro ha tre possibilità spruzzi d'acqua alternative - top down doccia, spray per il corpo o la mano la bacchetta -held.

    Lo studio / camera da letto dispone di un moderno divano-letto di dimensioni pieno che dorme 2, e un armadio pieno di dimensioni dotata di pensili a cremagliera, cassetti e ripiani. C'è anche una parete appeso TV in questa stanza.

    Il secondo bagno come il bagno padronale, ha pavimenti in marmo e pareti, parete appeso wc e bidet, e un box doccia in vetro simile a quello nel bagno padronale.

    Sia la sala grande e la seconda camera / studio hanno porte che conducono in un ampio giardino privato. Il giardino ha travertino asfaltata a soggiorno e zona pranzo, che possono essere utilizzati per la prima colazione, aperitivi, piacevole mangiare all'aperto, o semplicemente rilassarsi in un bellissimo spazio esterno privato.
    Il giardino è piantato con le rose, gelsomino, camelie, limoni e aranci, così come un confine erba aromatica. Il quartiere è altrettanto meraviglioso.

The apartment was in a great and quiet location, and was very comfortable and well appointed. The A/C worked very well and the apartment was a great retreat for us from the summer heatwave. We very much appreciated having a washer and dryer as well, so we could have clean clothes to take to our next destination.

Fabulous Roman experience

The apartment is beautifully and comfortably furnished with a lovely garden and is very well positioned - there is public transport available nearby but we mainly walked everywhere. It was just the best place to stay for a fortnight and truly experience life in Rome.

Perfect location for getting around Rome. We enjoyed eating on the patio. Restaurants and grocery nearby. Lovely apartment.

Perfect getaway in Rome

We stayed for a week in this fantastic apartment. It is even nicer than the pictures. Completely equipped and the outdoor space was perfect for meals and drinks. Check-in was easy and lots of information provided about the area. Good location to explore Rome and excellent nearby places for coffee, aperitivo and food. Highly recommend and we would come back.

Super nice flat

The flat is very comfortable and greatly placed in Rome city center, close to many of the main monuments and still in a quite street. You can go almost everywhere on foot, we love walking, but if you don’t, the metro is around the corner (literally).

Garten mitten in Rom

Eine tolle Wohnung mitten in Rom; keine 5 Minuten zu Fuß von der spanischen Treppe entfernt. Großzügige Wohnung, die sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet und vollständig ausgestattet ist. Den Garten haben wir nach unseren Ausflügen genossen. Eine Parkgarage ist um die Ecke; auch wird ein Abholservice vom Flughafen organisiert.

Hazy Crazy Days of a Roman Summer

Even with the long days and extreme temperatures of this summer our Rome stay was made so easy and comfortable in the apartment. Good sized rooms, comfortably and eloquently furnished , a super well equiped kitchen and good air conditioning in all rooms were as described. Location added to the ease of access to local restaurants and public transport. Communication with the agent at all times was excellent. We look forward to a return stay.

Outstanding! Perfect in Every Way

This property is absolutely lovely and super comfortable, convenient, and centrally located in Rome. The apartment is large with lovely bedrooms and private baths for each room. Lots of restaurants nearby and a small grocery within 1 minute of walking. The host was most helpful with arranging transfers for us and assisting us with other needs. We stayed 5 nights but agreed that this is perfect for a longer stay!!!

Perfect Property

The location waa perfect for our first time in Rome. It was close to other friends who stayed at the Eden Hotel. Close to a main road with lots of shops and places to eat. The property was exactly as pictured. It had everything we needed. We also hired a private chef at the suggestion of the host and they prepared an excellent meal for us and our friends. We sat out in the garden for dinner and loved every minute of our dinner. Next time We come to Rome we hope it is available again.

This is a great property!

We spent a week in this great space. The property is in a great location. It is walking distance to main sites and has easy access to public transportation. The unit itself is well maintained, well stocked and clean. The photos are accurate. Management is responsive. There are many resources in the unit to guide you around the immediate neighborhood. A well stocked mini-mart is a few doors down. We would definitely go back!

Rome, felt like home

The ground floor stylish appartement with garden is in our opinion in the best area to be in. Just around the corner of the Spanish Steps you almost can reach everything walking. The airconditioning definitely helped us being there on the hottest days. Since Rome was only part of a long trip, it’s pleasant to have a washer and dryer. Did I mention the books: there are plenty of books about Ancient Rome. I’m pretty sure we found our home away from home to come back to for years to come.

Nice place, when the construction next door is over.

The property is nice at a great locationinside the apartment was alos clean. The only reason i did not leave 5 stars. There is major construction going on next door. It woke us up everyday at 7:00. Small patio in the back was paractically useless, caused by all the construction dust. Other wise it's a nice place.

Gorgeous and Comfortable

Rione lll Colonna is the loveliest and most comfortable apartment we have ever taken. It is spacious, so very handsome with excellent art and furnishings. The books are a marvel and the kitchen vies with our own for utility. The street is quiet. The apartment's location enabled us to go where we wanted by walking. The weather was something else, unfortunately. Heat radiated everywhere. Luckily for us, the apartment provided a perfect refuge with outstanding A/C and all those books!

All roads lead to Roma!!

We had stayed in the area last year and found it so close to everything we wanted to do…including out favorite restaurant, Osteria44, so we wanted to book something in the same location. The property is as described and perfect for my husband, myself and my SIL. Everything was super clean and fully stocked. We didn’t even have to go out for coffee! That they even had a springform pan so i could make my lemon ricotta cake, was a blessing. If only the beds weren’t so comfortable, I ended up sleeping in and not being able to bake! Thank you John, definitely A++++ location and apartemento!!!

Good flat in very convenient location near piazza Berberini. prop manager was very communicative, and Gianni was great in meeting with us and showing the flat. The highlight is absolutely the outdoor space. If you value that, it's a great space - with a real lemon tree. And private. Good size apt. The AC works great. It's a quiet place, can't really hear outside noise while sleeping although close to street. Washer dryer very convenient to have, though in the basement not in apt. We had an issue with the sink drain, promptly fixed the next morning. The Nespresso machine is a godsend, and you get a dozen starter kit capsules. In the room for improvement category ... the rug in the living room was very dirty, and shag carpets are no-go in rentals. The floors are fine without them actually. Buy new or get rid of. The amenities were a bit scant. We got 2 small towels for the week, two small soaps, and hotel level shampoo. OK I guess. Be prepared to buy bathroom tissue and paper towels at the very nearby convenience store. Only one TV, with Italian only local channels. Does have Apple TV box if you have a scrip. TV is about 40 inches and not a smart TV. Sits in second bedroom/lounge. Which is a pullout couch. Such a simple upgrade as they cost like 100 these days. Overall a good value for money, and beats a hotel room for size, outdoor space and washer dryer. These few modest improvements would pay for themselves in our view. Thanks to Gianni

Fantastic apartment in great location

This apartment is perfect for a couple staying in Rome for any period of time. We were there for two weeks, and we were extremely pleased with our stay. The location could not be better… near Piazza Barberini, where there is a metro station, critical for getting around Rome. Lots of neighborhood eateries, and the street itself is charming. The apartment has all the amenities you could want during your stay. We had difficulty turning the shower on and off… You might want to ask the manager to tell you the best way to do this. The only drawback was that there was some major construction going on around the apartment at the time we were there. The outside space is a real plus at this property, and we were somewhat constrained in our ability to use it because of the construction. I suggest checking to see what the status of the ongoing construction is as it was a major project taking place in the block where the apartment is located. That aside, which is obviously a temporary situation, this apartment is wonderful and we highly recommend it.

This is a nice property but...

The property is beautiful and as described but the huge issue that made our stay uncomfortable was the lack of air conditioning. It was hot in Rome but that should not matter. There was only central air in the hallway, master and small vent in the living room. The vent in the second bedroom did not blow cold air so we could not sleep in the second bedroom. This was unfortunate. Although the master had a vent, it did not stay cool and we could not sleep with top sheet or blankets at night. I contacted the property manager and asked for fans but they did not have them or offer to drop one off. They did not send someone to look at the A/C unit. It would be a great place to stay if the air conditioning worked. When we relaxed in the living room we were sweating and stuck to seats. I would not stay here again in the summer. During the cool months, it would be wonderful.

Centrally located apartment

Excellent location and a great little apartment. The Manager was very responsive when contacted. All amenities existed. Some of the clutter on the desk in the master bedroom could be put away. Recycle and garbage bins could be labeled if important to the property owner. If the facility had a luggage drop off/storage for arrival and departures outside the check in/out desiganated hours it would have made the trip much more convenient although some flexibility was provided by the property manager

Loved our stay

It had everything we needed and more. The kitchen was well equipped. The patio was super cute and we enjoyed it when it wasn’t raining. It was a short walk to the Spanish steps and Trevi fountain.
