Apartment with 1 bedroom up to 4 people: 1 double bedroom, full kitchen, living room with 2 single beds, bathroom with shower, located on the mezzanine floor. Our GreenHouse is decorated with furniture and artworks of art from ancient to contemporary, reminiscent of the imposing and quiet green courtyard of the 1920 condominium, it is located in the central square of Testaccio, a neighborhood full of shops, bars, restaurants, transport and an interesting local life to explore. Smart TV, fast WiFi, air conditioning, central heating.
To access the apartment you have to climb a staircase with 10 steps.
All the spaces of the apartment are for the exclusive use of guests.

- CHECK-IN: we do not offer self-check-in, we prefer to meet our guests personally to show the apartment and give all the useful information; check-in times: from 3pm to 9pm; check-out: by 10:00am, For late check-in, AVAILABLE ONLY BY AGREEMENT, there is an extra fee, to be paid in CASH at check-in: until 10:30pm/ €25; until midnight: €50; until 1am €75.
- DOCUMENTS: at check-in we will have to register identity documents (Passport or ID card) of all guests, to communicate them to the Nazional Security Authority.
- CITY TAX: At check-in, guest have to pay - IN CASH - the City Tax of the Municipality of Rome, equal to €6.00 ​​per night per person (for a maximum of 10 nights).

We only had 3 days/nights in Rome but this apartment was a peaceful oasis! We spent our days out walking, seeing the sites, but began and ended each day in the neighborhood restaurants which were all excellent! Everything was just as described and photographed, with art and antiques adding personality and charm. AC worked well for our hot July visit. Really a lovely place with plenty of space for 2-4 people. Roberto and Mauricio are excellent hosts!

Greenhouse the Great!

Thank you to Maurizio and Cristina for making our stay at the apartment a fantastic one. Very well maintained accommodation, with everything you need for a stay in Rome. Very comfortable and clean beds, small but well equipped galley kitchen and lovely touches which made the apartment feel homely. The complex is lovely, with an open courtyard with foundation and flowers. The neighbourhood is lively in the early evening, with families, young people and kids making the most of the open spaces and local restaurants/bars/cafes. But by 9:30pm, the sound drops away and we found it very restful. The area is filled with markets, shops, bars and bakeries, which made it perfect for our needs. There are many buses and trams serving the area, which made it a great spot to explore the external city and surrounds. The complex has a lift, however the apartment is on the first mezzanine (8 steps total), so not needed. The bathroom was very clean and had great hot water. Cristina provided a very clear and easy entry to the apartment and even met me earlier than the check in time, so I could drop off my luggage. Maurizio answered all our questions quickly and with a smile and would check in to see how we were doing and if we needed anything.Will definitely return next time we’re in Rome!

Wunderbares Appartment in Testaccio

Problemlose Schlüsselübergabe durch sehr netten und hilfsbereiten Maurizio. Sehr schönes Appartement in wirklich nettem Stadtviertel mit guter Anbindung. Bei Problemen mit dem Warmwasser schnelle Hilfe. Alles in allem hervorragend! Gerne wieder.
