  • "DE CAROLIS TERRACE" è un lussuoso e grandissimo appartamento vicinissimo al VATICANO nel CUORE DI ROMA di oltre 150 mq ubicati al secondo piano nell'elegante e prestigioso quartiere residenziale 'Balduina' . L'appartamento è vicinissimo al centro storico ma anche sufficientemente lontano dal traffico e dai rumori del centro.. De Carolis Terrace ha 2 camere da letto triple e 1 camera da letto con due letti singoli . Tutte le camere sono dotate di aria condizionata regolabile anche via wifi. Inoltre uno splendido soggiorno con 2 grandi divani , fino a 8 posti letto ; con splendido terrazzo fiorito con tavolo e sedie.. L' appartamento è arredato con gusto e dotato di ogni comfort. Completo di biancheria da bagno e da letto, asciugacapelli, cucina a gas con forno elettrico e forno a microonde, frigorifero, congelatore, TV, riscaldamento centralizzato. Un garage convenzionato nelle immediate vicinanze e un centro sportivo . E' ubicato a circa 20 minuti a piedi da San Pietro e ottimamente collegato col centro storico. La fermata dell' autobus n. 990 è proprio sotto casa e la fermata della metropolitana Balduina è a pochi minuti a piedi . Sono vicinissimi a bar, pizzerie, ristoranti, supermercati,
    alimentari. banche etc. Abbiamo la possibilità di fornirvi di un servizio shuttle a pagamento da e per l'aeroporto. Il wi-fi è gratuito 24 ore
    COMPOSIZIONE di DE CAROLIS TERRACE :
    - 3 CAMERE DA LETTO molto grandi : 1 camera con due letti singoli e 2 camere con letto matrimoniale + letto singolo
    - 2 BAGNI molto grandi uno con vasca, l'altro con doccia;
    - SOGGIORNO , SALONE con due grandi divani, TV schermo piatto , tavolo , sedie
    - CUCINA : un' ampia cucina abitabile equipaggiata con tutti gli utensili da cucina ( forno, microonde ,tostapane , lavatrice, lavastoviglie, ferro da stiro , asciugacapelli , con tavolo e sedie.
    - TERRAZZO : uno splendido terrazzo con tavolo e sedie dove è piacevolissimo soffermarsi la sera ;
    L'appartamento è stato ristrutturato recentemente.
    La biancheria da letto e un set copleto di 3 asciugamani , compreso telo bagno sono forniti per ogni ospite .
    Il check in è tra le 14 e le 20. Altri orari possono essere richiesti , se possibile
    il check out prima delle 10 a.m.

The place is exactly as advertised -- spacious, comfortable, in a neighborhood that feels safe and is a reasonable ride to a lot of attractions. The hosts were friendly and available if we needed anything. We had a great 10-day stay and would definitely recommend it.

Great stay!

The apartment was spacious, the bathrooms were clean (though one lacked a shower curtain), and the owner was responsive and friendly. The kitchen was well-supplied with cookware and tableware. The location was good, with a convenient bus stop nearby that goes directly downtown. The distance between the apartment and central Rome definitely requires a bus ride, but at least it's cheap! We recommend this place!

Property was ok; communication with host was really good at first - then I was ghosted. She offered to get us a van ride from the train station which was really nice; but when I wanted details - i was ghosted until that morning or night before. Check-in was not a good experience. We had the address; but she never told us how to access the apartment once we got there and was ghosting me again with messages. I had to call her when we arrived but she didn't answer the phone either and we had no way to get in the apartment and it had not even been shared with us which apartment it was. She had said her mum would wait on us - but "where" was never communicated. It was really really hot while we were there and we arrive early afternoon to the apartment complex and were stuck outside in the heat and sun and she wasn't answering the phone or messages; very frustrating (we also had 3 kids with us). I finally starting hitting every single intercom button (there were probably 30 or so) until someone spoke English and unlocked the outside door. We were also accused of making noise at 5 a.m. by a neighbor (we weren't even up); so maybe her neighbors don't like that it is a VRBO. But it isn't fun being accused of things you don't do.

Casa vacanza a due passi dal Vaticano

Appartamento confortevole, in luogo tranquillo ma ben servito dai mezzi pubblici. Ristoranti bar e pasticceria sotto casa. Ospitalità ottima, il sig. Paolo è molto disponibile a fornire consigli su luoghi da visitare e itinerari da seguire. Locali puliti, luminosi e ampi. La mia compagna, i nostri due figli, i miei genitori ed io abbiamo trascorso un week end lungo che speriamo di ripetere.

WeekEnd a Roma

L’appartamento è stato di ns. gradimento (ideale per due famiglie o nucleo di 6 / 8 persone) ed è situato in un ottima zona,molto ben collegato con autobus e metro, vicinissimo a S. Pietro, molto ben rifinito, con collegamento full time ad internet e possibilita di fare chiamate urbane, sembra di stare veramente a casa propria. lo consiglio vivamente.

excellent stay!!

Siamo un gruppo di 7 amici e amiamo passare dei week-end a roma e di solito andiamo in appartamento. Quest'anno siamo stati molto fortunati nel trovare una casa così accogliente come Casa Ips. E' un appartamento nuovissimo e luminosissimo; le stanze sono tutte molto grandi e ben arredate, ci è sembrato di stare a casa nostra, col nostro salotto e la nostra cucina ! Casa Ips è perfetta anche per la posizione! ci sono molti autobus e metro che la collegano perfettamente sia con il centro che con le altre zone.Vicino alla casa si trova di tutto, supermercato ,pannetteria, bar.. non manca nulla, e ci sono anche dei buoni ristoranti. Per poi non parlare della comodità di avere internet e telefonate gratis! E' stata una vacanza bellissima e questo è anche merito di Casa Ips! Vorremmo suggerire a tutti di soggiornare in questa casa e ringraziare i proprietari che sono stati così ospitali e disponibili! Grazie.

Great experience for Party of Seven!

I would say the communication was the best part of the whole experience. From the time I booked a few months ago to my actual arrival everything went well. Paolo and Giulia gave us tips on what to see while in Rome and how to get about Rome. Even helped arrange for pickup service. The flat itself was clean and spacious. Our party of seven easily handled the space. Security was good and it was furnished with all the basic amenities. It's a bit outdated but worked well for our needs. I recommend this listing for families.

Family vacation and reunion with my family after long tree year's .

Paola e Giulia was an excellent host. They was very helpful and accommodating our transaction from , and to airport, and allowed us for early check in after long flight. The property is located in a wonderful section of Rome. Great location with walking distance to Vatican City, and very convenient to restaurants, coffee shops, market and public transportation. We would definitely recommend this appointment to friends and family. We look forward to being able to return to Paolo’s appointment as some time in the future. Thank you once again.

Perfect

A perfect place for us. When we travel abroad we prefer to stay in a neighborhood outside of large cities. We found The apartment to be clean and spacious. The surrounding neighborhood was pleasant with markets, restaurants and public transportation nearby.

Spacious apartment near the Vatican

The apartment was as described in the listing. It was spacious and clean and had everything we needed. It was a short walk to the Vatican and the metro/bus. It was just far enough away from all the crowds. The owner was easy to communicate with and very responsive. We really enjoyed our stay.

Nous étions deux couples avec deux nourrissons. Nous avons adoré Rome et nous reviendrons c’est sûr!

Concernant le logement, il était spacieux avec de très bons équipements (appareils, literie, linge de bain). Le propriétaire est très gentil et très accommodant. En plus, l’appartement est très bien situé (proche Vatican et centre-ville). Nous ne nous sommes déplacés qu’en transport en commun et c’était très bien (arrêt de bus au pied de l’immeuble). Nous avons vraiment apprécié !!

Urlaub genossen

Die Wohnung ist sauber - nur das Bad könnte eine Auffrischung vertragen - schön eingerichtet und gut zu bewohnen für eine größere Gruppe. Dadurch, dass sie zwei Toiletten bzw. Duschen hat kommt man auch morgens gut zurecht. Die Küchenausrüstung genügt auch zum Kochen für mehrere Personen - auch wenn man sich als deutscher Gast eine Kaffeemaschine wünschen würde. Als Ferienwohnung-erprobte Urlauberin kann ich sagen, dass man die Wohnung gut mieten kann. - Prima ist die Bushaltestelle direkt vor dem Haus. Der Bus kam zwar nie dann, wenn wir ihn laut App erwartet hätten. Aber dafür kann ja der Vermieter nichts. Ich würde die Wohnung ggf. wieder mieten.

Het was ooit een mooi appartement maar heeft zeker onderhoud nodig

Snel contact gehad met de eigenaar van het appartement. Hij heeft de taxi geregeld die ons kwam halen op het vliegveld en ons bracht tot voor de deur van het appartement, . De eigenaar kwam gejaagd over. Snel rondje door het appartement en weg was hij. Al snel bleek niet alles perfect te zijn. In een appartement waar je met 9 personen kunt verblijven en dan maar beschikt over 3 tuinstoelen buiten, is wat aan de krappe kant. Op beide badkamers waren de houder voor de douchekop afgebroken. In de badkamer met bad werkte de knop bad/douche niet. Het toilet was lek. In de andere badkamer was het niet veel beter. De verlichting was deels defect en ook hier was de houder voor de douchekop afgebroken. De deur was absoluut niet schoon en de douchebak zat vol met scheuren. Er werd verzocht om het afval te scheiden. Echter de bakken buiten waren overvol zodat de spullen rondom de bakken geplaatst moesten worden. En dan met de zomerse temperaturen was dit verschrikkelijk. De stank was niet te harden. In de keuken was het niet veel beter. Spullen in de kast waren niet schoon. Boiler en waterkoker samen, veroorzaakten telkens kortsluiting. De oven werkte niet, evenals de afzuigkap. Deze was niet eens aangesloten. Ook ontbrak een afwasteiltje of een doodgewone stop. Breng zelf afdrooghanddoeken mee want deze zijn niet voorhanden. De tv was niet te gebruiken. Deze stond op een van de slaapkamers omdat het stopcontact in de woonkamer defect was. Paolo kwam niet echt betrokken over. Op de dag van vertrek kwamen we hem tegen in het trappenhuis en hij reageerde niet eens of zei ons gedag. Voordelen zijn de ligging qua busverbinding, een 2tal goede restaurants en fantastische bakker, slager en patisserie. Geen uitgaansgebied.

Perfect place in Rome

We spend 3 fantastic days in Rome in this wonderfull flat. Very clean and with all the facilities. Near to public transportation, restaurants and shops. Perfect for a big family or a group. Paolo speaks fluendly english and we get all help we needed. Thanks a lot, we will return.

Allgemein gut und zufriedenstellend

Es ist gut Platz für 9 Leute vorhanden, keine Klimaanlage aber Ventilatoren reichen gerade so aus für die heißen Tage. Geschirr und Einrichtung gut vorhanden. Leider kein Geschirrspüler vorhanden. Heisswasser sehr ungleichmäßig. Sicherung fliegt manchmal raus aber ist dann in der Wohnung wieder einschaltbar. Lage war gut, mit Verkerhsmöglichkeiten, Läden und Gastronomie. Preis / Leistung stimmt! Wir fühlten uns wohl und können es weiter empfehlen.

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Apartment war Super, sehr gute Lage, sehr sauber, alles vorhanden was man benötigt. Bei Problemen war immer jemand andprechbAr. Ist sehr zu empfehlen.

Rome en famille

Paolo est un hôte très avenant. Le logement est propre et spacieux. Nous pouvions manger sur le balcon ce qui était très agréable. La rue est passante, mais c’est Rome. Nous étions à 20 minutes à pied du Vatican. L’autobus se trouvait près du logement, il était facile de nous rendre où nous voulions. Nous avons adoré.

Beautiful and spacious apartment, great location

We were a party of 9 (4 adults and 5 children) and found Paolo's apartment to be very comfortable and spacious. The apartment was clean and comfortable. The apartment is in a good location, close to transportation and in a very safe neighborhood. A bus stop is just a short distance from the apartment and the train station is two blocks away, about a 5 min. walk. Paolo was a terrific host! He was very friendly and spoke English well. He met us at the entrance way and showed us around the apartment. He helped us with direction to public transport and suggested different restaurants and shops around the apartment. He also went above and beyond for our family--we accidentally left our passports in the apartment. Paolo found them and expressed mailed them to us in Germany! We are so grateful for him and his kindness! We would absolutely stay here again. Thank you for allowing us to stay in your home, Paolo and for being so kind! We had a wonderful stay in Rome ❤️

APPARTEMENT MAGNIFIQUE ET BIEN SITUE

Nous avons apprécié cet appartement très propre et bien situé - 20 mn du vatican avec possibilité de prendre un bus au pied de l'immeuble. Le propriétaire est très accueillant et à l'écoute et nous explique comment nous déplacer pour accéder aux différents visites. Sans aucun doute nous le recommandons. Nous étions 8 et nous avons tous apprécié.

Assez conforme au descriptif

L'appartement mériterait une plus grande table sur la terrasse et un aménagement de la cuisine (surtout qu'il y a la place). la présence d'un lave-vaisselle serait un vrai plus. Propriétaires très bienveillants.

Belle appartement.Le propriétaire est très serviable, il réside en face de l' appartement. Le quartier est agréable, il y a de nombreux commerces .La liaison avec le centre est très facile .
