NUOVO Intero appartamento di 50 mq. a San Pietro, ristrutturato a gennaio 2022 via Dei Cavalleggeri: . Piazza Navona, Pantheon e Campo dei Fiori sono raggiungibili a piedi in 15 minuti. 100 metri da Piazza San Pietro. Perfetto per 4 persone.
Si trova in una zona senza traffico, accessibile in auto, in una posizione perfetta per poter raggiungere a piedi le principali mete turistiche.
L'appartamento è dotato di smart TV, riscaldamento, Wi-Fi, AC. La zona cucina è dotata di forno a microonde, frigorifero, congelatore e lavatrice, non asciugatrice, oltre a una macchina per il caffè pronto nespresso; faremo in modo di fornire caffè e zucchero al momento del check-in per consentire un inizio di giornata tradizionale italiano.
Questa è la composizione dell'appartamento:
-soggiorno con angolo cottura e bagno dove c'è un letto matrimoniale (letto a scomparsa) con materasso unico ortopedico e non pieghevole di altezza 20 cm;
- camera e bagno con letto matrimoniale più letto singolo che all'occorrenza si trasforma in letto a castello, con possibilità di ospitare 3 persone in camera.
Il secondo bagno ha un comodo doccia 150x80 e tutti i prodotti di cortesia essenziali: asciugacapelli, saponi, shampoo.
La casa si trova all'interno di un palazzo storico al piano interrato, ma luminoso e facile da raggiungere. Bisogna fare alcune scale per raggiungere il piano.
La casa è adatta a coppie, famiglie con bambini e persone che viaggiano per lavoro.
Non sono ammessi animali, anche di piccola taglia.

The apartment was exactly as described. It was close to the Vatican. Public transportation was easy to access. We stay for 10 days and we were happy with our apartment. We would rent again if we come back for an extended stay in Rome.

Great appartment for 4 nights . Flexible layout would suit family or two couples or group of friends. Excellent communication. Bus stop on road opposite makes getting to airport on airport shuttle bus easy.

Everything about this stay was exceptional. The accuracy of the listing is precise, the apartment is well apportioned, clean, newly remodeled and in a location that couldn't be better if you're in Rome to sightsee. As for a host, you won't find one better, more accomodating, and communicative than Arturo. Book and enjoy!

Overall beautiful, clean place. Only 2 of us but wanted the 2nd bathroom. Be wary when doing laundry, will take a long time to air dry (stayed in Oct rainy weather).

We found Arturo’s place to be in the perfect location for our short trip to Rome. Communication with Arturo was the easiest I have ever encountered and he happily set up a car service to pick us up from the airport and take us directly to the apartment. The apartment was clean and exactly what we needed. Thank you for making our time in Rome so great!! We would stay again!

We loved staying here! It was the perfect location for visiting the Vatican City (less than 5 minute walk away) and very close to cheap buses into the city centre (you can tap your credit card on the bus so it was very easy). The beds were comfortable, air conditioning worked great, and the bathrooms were very clean and spacious. We were happy to have a large shower in Europe!! Arturo was very kinda and gave us some recommendations as well. We would love to come back here!

This was a nice apartment close to the Vatican. It was a five-minute walk and we were right there. There was no problem getting an Uber right to the apartment and there was a taxi stand one minute away. If you have the energy you could walk to the other main attractions and save yourself about 20 euros. The apartment itself had everything we needed for a very comfortable stay. Arturo was great and helped set the private transfer to his place and had recommendations on where to eat and how to get around. There was enough room for four of us but we were always out and about. Would definitely stay here again!

I communicated weeks prior with the owner Arturo through WhatsApp, and he was always responsive to my questions. Check-in was very easy! Arturo greeted us at the front door. The apartment is very spacious and clean. The pictures on the website don’t do it justice. Out of the 6 apartments we stayed during our vacation, this one had the most living space for our family of 4. We appreciated having 2 separate bathrooms, each having a full shower. The apartment was comfortable and quiet. Arturo was pleasant to speak with and explained how to operate all the appliances, and even gave us suggestions for touring Rome. He was very thorough in providing restaurant and transportation recommendations. There’s a grocery store 5-minute walk away. St Peter’s Square is only 5 minute walk as well. We enjoyed our stay in Rome and wish we could have stayed longer...So much to see. Check-out was easy as well. We would definitely use this apartment again on our next visit to Rome! The apartment is well situated to explore Rome while still being outside the heavily touristed areas. Everything is readily accessible by walking or a short bus ride. The space was clean and the host was helpful and accommodating, offering recommendations of places to eat and how to navigate the city.

The place is exactly as described and pictures. It is a wonderful, clean, comfortable place very near Vatican. Beds were amazing. Apartment is so quiet that you can actually rest from the crowds and noise. We had a fantastic time there. Arturo is a wonderful host. He made it very easy for us in every way. His recommendations for places to eat and how to get around Rome were right on. He was so helpful and replied right away to all our questions. We highly recommend this place!

Vatican Maison Cavalleggeri was a perfect place to stay while in Rome. It was located a couple minutes walk for St Peter’s and everything you could possibly want to see in Rome. The property itself was exceptionally clean and updated. It was also exactly as was described. Our host, Arturo Pardi, was extremely nice and very easy to work with. He went above and beyond to make sure we were well taken care of. We would definitely stay here again! Thank you Arturo!

Arturo was professional, courteous and gracious as we coordinated our stay. We hope to return again one day, hopefully with our Family! Clean, and all the comforts of home away from home was wonderful. Not to mention Location, Location, Location walkable to all we came to do and see while in Rome, public transportation conveniently close by. We were pleased to have found this special place.

Fantastic place. Good food around and right next to the Vatican! Only thing was I messed up and just put me in the reservation. I was asked to add my brothers as well because they were staying there also. I didn’t think much of it until there was a $400 charge added for the two of them to stay as well for a week. Multiple people charge here just seemed a bit steep.
