Sul sito è indicato 'parcheggio in loco'. Motivo della nostra scelta. Invece il parcheggio non esiste, c'è quello in strada con tutti i problemi di trovare un posto! L'appartamento è bello anche se con qualche problemino con la pressione dell'acqua e la difficoltà di fare la doccia. Lo stabile richiede qualche manutenzione.

L'appartamento si trova in una posizione splendida, vicino a Piazza del Popolo, vicino al Vaticano, vicino a Piazza Navona...,inoltre a pochi passi è presente la stazione del metrò. Appartamento grande, accogliente e in ottime condizioni. La persona di riferimento è stata squisita, di una gentilezza unica. Non potevo aspettarmi di più.

Appartamento praticamente nuovo, molto pulito e corrispondente in tutto alle foto pubblicate. Anche se non ne abbiamo usufruito la cucina è ben attrezzata con 2 forni, tostapane, macchina per il caffè, bollitore e tantissime stoviglie. Molto vicino al centro, ci siamo spostati sempre a piedi anche se la fermata della metro è a pochi passi. Possibilità di parcheggiare la macchina di fronte al palazzo nelle strisce bianche non a pagamento. Vi ringraziamo di tutto soprattutto della gentile accoglienza anche ai 3 ospiti più piccoli!!! Family Visit to Rome

The space worked well for our family. Very clean. The location worked well for us and was less crowded than the central city. Air conditioning was great. Wish we didn’t need to empty the garbage and clean the kitchen at the end of the stay. Also, the host was responsive.

We were in Rome for 3 nights and had a fabulous stay in the beautiful apartment. Extremely clean and very spacious which had everything we needed. A 15 to 20 minute minute walk to the Vatican, plenty of restaurants and shops close by, the Metro Lepanto stop is literally a minute walk away which is ideal. You can catch a bus right outside to the centre and from there stop for a coffee and visit the sights. Loredana was lovely and was more than accommodating so would highly recommend anyone to stay in this lovely apartment

Excellent property!

This is beautiful apartment with a great location. Short walk within 15-20 minutes of St. Peter’s Basilica. Got to see major attractions by foot. Great shopping location as well. Beds are comfortable and plenty of space for families. Host is gracious and has great attention to detail to make others feel welcome. Would definitely stay again.

Wonderful Place

This is a perfect location with a great host. The photos honestly don’t do the property justice. It’s huge and comfortable with comfortable beds. Lovely decorations. Wonderful host who bought chocolates just for our kids. Can’t wait to stay again soon!

Perfekte Unterkunft

Wir waren in einer sehr schönen Unterkunft, die der Beschreibung voll entsprach. Alle Räume waren sauber und machten einen gepflegten Eindruck. Die Einweisung durch Loredana war sehr freundlich und vorbildlich und auch die weitere Kommunikation verlief perfekt.Wir haben schon viele Unterkünften gebucht und diese gehört, wie auch die Vermieterin Loredana, sicherlich zu den Besten.

Wonderful Apartment in Prime Location

We had the most wonderful, and comfortable, stay in this apartment. The individual AC units in the bedrooms make them especially comfortable during unexpectedly warm fall weather. Loredana gave us tips on how to get around Rome, and steered us toward good dining and walking routes. We booked a private chef to come in and cook a special dinner for us and he was able to make a wonderful meal with the equipment in the kitchen. Would love to return!

Awesome apartment in residential neighborhood

Great apartment. Very clean. Large spacious rooms. 3 full flights of stairs to get into apartment. Beds were comfortable and good pillows. Neighborhood is 15 min walk to Vatican, at least 25 restaurants within 10 min walk. Lots of shopping. Highly recommend!!

Great Property.

The only issue that I missed when booking was that there was no elevator. The 2nd floor in Europe is really about 4 rises of stairs. No big deal except for hauling luggage up. We managed even though ages 68-72. Beautifully equipped apartment.

Our stay was wonderful. We were able to check in early & our host was informative and arranged a driver to pick us up & take us back to the airport. So helpful. Apartment was as described & perfect for our 5 adults. 1room did lack closets , but plenty of other space for hanging clothes etc. kitchen was well equipped with everything one would need. Nous avons louer cette appartement pour notre séjour a Rome en famille ( 4 personnes). La Propriétaire Lorédana et très agréable et fait tout pour que votre séjour ce passe bien. Elle vous donne des tas conseils pour les restaurants et les visites sur Rome. L'appartement est très propre, spacieux et très bien équipé. nous avons fait une grande partie de nos visites a pied le Vatican est a dix minutes. les transports en commun sont au pied de l'immeuble.si vous voulez rejoindre le colisée a pied il faut compter environ 30 minutes. A1 but no AC working

Vrbo Review / Hoping for a 3 day refund! The apartment was as advertised…Ideal location, clean, spacious, 3 bedrooms, living room with well outfitted kitchen and bathrooms. Plenty of room for 4 adults to feel at home. Our host (Loredana) accommodated our early arrival, recommended a lovely cafe and met us to store our luggage while we waited to check into the apartment. Unfortunately, the air conditioning went out the day we arrived. The host provided 2 fans until the air could be fixed. The repair was delayed and we were only able to withstand 3 of our planned 6 night stay due to the unrelenting, sickening heat - temps averaged a high of 99 degrees during our late July stay. There was steady communication regarding the timeline for repairs/replacement of the unit, but we had to relocate to an air conditioned hotel as soon as our pre planned schedule allowed us the opportunity. Although we enjoyed our trip to Italy, we are hoping to be reimbursed for this very unfortunate incident.

Our host was Loridana and she greeted us when we arrived. She gave us a tour of the apartment and showed us how everything worked. Whenever we had a question, we would text her and she would answer immediately. The apartment itself was stylish, beautifully furnished, very clean, secure, and quiet. It’s located near lots of cafés, restaurants, shops, and just across the street from the bus and taxi stops. We had a wonderful stay. Thank you!

The Best Vacation Ever!

It's impossible to write a short review when everything about your trip was amazing! Loredana and I corresponded years ago when I first booked the trip to Rome. Unfortunately, Covid happened and we were forced to cancel. However, we rebooked the trip for late June 2024. The home and the location exceeded our expectations. From the decor to the well appointed kitchen, cozy living room with additional dining table, everything was perfect. And, the location couldn't be beat. We had pizza directly across the street, a cafe next door, and everything we could ever want within walking distance. Loredana was an excellent host, accommodating, kind, and hospitable. She took time to explain and show us points of interests, shared travel tips while in the city, and was available when we needed help accessing transportation. Her pleasant demeanor was so helpful to newbies like us in her beautiful home city. Thank you, Loredana, for everything. Rome Beauty

Located in a very nice area, this apartment was spacious, very clean, well stocked and nicely decorated. We had 6 people for part of our stay and 3 for the remainder and our host Loredana was very accommodating. Situated right next to the Metro with a bistro downstairs and plenty of wonderful cafes nearby, we couldn’t have asked for more. We would definitely rent this apartment when we return again.

Outstanding apartment near Vatican

This place was as good as advertised. Apartment is spacious and very well maintained. Loredana was easy to work with, accommodated our early check in, and provided us with a nice tour of the apartment and overview of the area. The location is reasonable walking distance to the Vatican and other sights, and there are lots of good restaurants nearby. Apartment was quiet with windows closed and the air conditioning worked well on warm days.
