E’ inutile dirvi quanto è bello essere degli esploratori in una città nuova e sentirsi al tempo stesso a casa.Nel cuore di Roma antica, a due passi dal Colosseo, a ridosso dei Fori Imperiali e Metro “Cavour”, nel storico quartiere Monti. 2 camere da letto, bagno con doccia, cucina , salotto e zona pranzo. WI-FI, AC, VENTILATORI, MICROW, LAVASTOVIGLIE, LAVATRICE. Ideale per il relax dopo una giornata di corroboranti esplorazioni nel mondo dell’arte di questa misteriosa e affascinante Città.

Questo delizioso abitazione si trova al terzo piano (senza ascensore) di una palazzo dell’inizio del ‘900 , a soli 5 minuti dal Colosseo detto anche anfiteatro Flavio e alle spalle dei Fori Imperiali , nel cuore dell’antica Roma. L’appartamento è di 70 mq, appena ristrutturato ed è composto da un accogliente salotto con divano e poltrone e zona pranzo con tavolo per 6 persone, una camera da letto matrimoniale e una camera con due letti singoli di cui uno che all’occorrenza può diventare matrimoniale, un bagno completo ampio con doccia e una cucina abitabile ben accessoriata: quattro piastre elettriche, lavastoviglie, microonde, bollitore, tosta pane, e l’accesso a un piccolo balcone che da all’interno del cortile con piante di asparagina da annaffiare, in particolare nei mesi più caldi. Sia per l’acqua calda che per il riscaldamento c’è un impianto autonomo a gas. L’appartamento dispone di ARIA CONDIZIONATA , VENTILATORI, comoda LAVATRICE e Wi-Fi.
Ideale per una famiglia o un gruppo di amici. Girare per il quartiere è particolarmente affascinante e piacevole perche lo troverete ricco di artigiani, boutique e negozi pieni di charme e personalità.

Conforme alla descrizione e dotato di tutti i beni di prima necessità, pulizia impeccabile e letti comodissimi. In posizione strategica per raggiungere tutti i luoghi simbolo della città e vicino alla fermata della metro e di varie linee di bus. Nelle vicinanze ottimi ristoranti e vari supermercati. Costanza, la proprietaria, si è rilevata una sapiente guida sia per quanto riguarda le mete culturali che per quelle gastronomiche. Super consigliato. Torneremo.

Beautiful apartment in the city of Rome, very comfortable.

Located in a super convenient spot in the city close to restaurants and Rome’s amazing spots. Our family enjoyed staying at the apartment very much. Nicely decorated and very cosy and comfortable. The apartment has wonderful light and the kitchen is very well appointed for those who love to cook up a small meal. There are many supermarkets nearby. Thanks for hosting our stay and we will recommend this apartment to our friends visiting Rome in the future. Highly recommended !!

Per una grandissima e splendida host una recensione bilingue, se lo merita, for a very special incredible host a bilingual feedback, she deserves it. Splendido appartamento in posizione incredibile, nel vero centro di Roma. Costanza ci ha dato le migliori indicazioni su tutto a Roma, peccato non avere più tempo. Accolti coma a casa nostra e come da una vecchia amica, la raccomandiamo per chiunque voglia stare veramente bene a Roma, sicuramente torneremo qui in futuro, grazie di cuore Costanza!!! Wonderful apartment in fabulous location, in the very real center of Roma. Costanza gave us the best indications for all in Roma, and sorry not to have more time. L appartement est très bien situé à moins de 30 mn à pied des grands monuments et places touristiques. L accueil est correct , mais nous avons eu quelques déboires avec le chauffe eau capricieux.

Great place for a family stay

We had a great stay in this apartment. Our host, Constanza, let us in an hour early and gave us a warm welcome. She also worked quickly the next day to get the washer fixed so that we could do our laundry.The place is great for a family, with a room of three beds so that no one needed to share.The location is just 5 minutes from a subway stop and close to shops, food, and an outstanding gelateria. We were delighted.

Schöne Wohnung in der Nähe vieler Sehenswürdigkeiten

Wir waren Anfang März 2025 als Familie (2 Erwachsene / 1 Teenager 14 Jahre) für 5 Tage in Rom. Von der Wohnung sowie der Umgebung waren wir begeistert. Auch unsere Vermieterin war toll und hat uns super betreut. Von Infos zu einem Supermarkt, Restaurants bis hin zu Laufwegen war alles dabei und wir hätten immer per WhatsApp noch Nachfragen stellen können. Die Wohnung ist für einen Urlaub/Aufenthalt ausreichend ausgestattet und liegt wirklich sehr zentral zu den für uns wichtigsten Sehenswürdigkeiten (Colosseum, Forum Romanum, Trevi Brunnen, spanische Treppe, Pantheon, verschiedenste Kirchen, Brunnen usw.). Laufwege zwischen 6 - 20 Minuten. Wir bedanken uns bei unserer Gastgerberin/ Vermieterin für die Betreuung und kommen gerne nochmals wieder.

Nice apartment, great location

Our family of five spent three nights in the apartment. We had a nice stay - the apartment was clean, warm and well stocked. The location of the apartment was really convenient - very near the coliseum with plenty of restaurants nearby. Constanza was really communicative but we didn't need anything during our stay. I'd stay there again.

Great Location in Monti

This property is in a great location in Monti. It is two blocks from the Cavour metro stop so it is easy to get anywhere in Rome, and it is about a 10 minute walk from Termini station, if you want to go anywhere in Italy. You can see the Colosseum down the street from the building, and the forum/Capitoline Museum are a close walk. There are a number of excellent restaurants close by, as well as a grocery store, pharmacy and dry cleaner. The unit is comfortable, with plenty of space and is attractively furnished. If you are older, you should be warned you need to climb four flights of stairs. Costanza was a helpful hostess, she gave us restaurant recommendations and she helped resolve any issues we had with the unit. I would come back here in a future trip to Rome!

Perfect location for visiting Rome. For the price there is soem things need improvement. Some of the sheets had stains. Towels had a very funky smell to them that we had to wash them before we used them. Also there are lots of noice till 12am if not nore from restaurant.restaurant

Great stay within a stones throw of the Collesum

Great stay in a clean apartment, very good location. The apartment was as advertized. Small kitchen, ( we didnt cook) tiny washing machine ...but it did the job. The location was awesome. Within walking distance of all major attractions

Great location close to Colosseum and all major attractions. We did not use parking for the car as it is extremely difficult to find the spot ( so rent after you finish your Rome visit. 15 min walk to train station to rent a car ( very convenient). Clean place good for family of 4 or 5 it do not expect to much space as this is old Rome. Host was waiting for us at the front door and instantly helps us with checking in and that was great help. Host helped us arrange transportation from airport and it is worth after long flight and when heat of 35c hits you. Over all I would recommend this place any time! We have a great stay.!

Fantastic location

The location of this property is perfect if you are interested in the historic center of Rome. It suited our family of 4 very well. The Colosseum is literally less than 10 minutes walk away as is the Roman forum. The property was light and airy. The beds were comfy as was the couch. It had a nice feel. Constanza was a lovely and attentive host. She was particularly helpful re directions from the airport. A couple of small things could be improved but this is me being a little picky. There was no oven in the kitchen and it was small so if you were planning to cook it could be challenging. It could be noisy at night in the main bedroom because it sits above a restaurant.

Rome trip with family

Fantastic apartment in a really excellent location. The apartment was light and airy and had everything needed for a fantastic stay. All major sights close by and very convenient to metro and termini. Vibrant streets surrounding with easy access to supermarkets etc. Costanza was fantastic and very informative about the local areas and Rome in general. Highly recommended and would definitely stay here again.

Lovely Rome!

We stayed at this property for 5 days while in Rome. We love having a delicious restaurant downstairs, and other restaurants and grocery nearby. Upon check in we got a map and lots of helpful info. However, a few nights it was very loud in the front room, so just know that if you are a light sleeper. The kids had 3 beds in the backside, so had very little noise. It was a very comfortable and convenient place to stay! The washing machine was out of order, but the host kindly did a load for me in another apartment she had.

Perfect!!

Perfect appartment for 3 friends to share for a weekend of sightseeing & exploring Rome. Great location to base yourself from, not far at all from the Colesseum and easy to get everywhere really! Check the map for locations as some things are a bit of a walk (but would be the same if you stayed in the other side to get here!) Appartment was perfectly equipped, spacious and lovely!! Room to relax in the lounge & all other areas too!! Not noisy at night at all! I’d definitely stay here again!
