This delightful apartment is located in one of the oldest and most elegant areas of Rome, called Campo Marzio, within walking distance of the Spanish Steps, Pantheon and Piazza Navona, close to many fine restaurants, and the most renowned Capitoline shopping streets.
The apartment is accessed through a private courtyard and via a small elevator that arrives directly inside the apartment, on the third floor.
There is a double bedroom, which is large and has an en-suite bathroom, and a living room with two single sofa-beds. Also, there is a second bathroom with walk-in shower.
The dining room has a table for four and a small kitchenette, complete with refrigerator and washing machine.
Finally, the must-see element is the large terrace, where you can enjoy moments of relaxation in total privacy.

From the apartment, the city's main sights are within easy walking distance, including Piazza Venezia, the Vittoriano, the Trevi Fountain, the Spanish Steps, Piazza del Popolo, the Colosseum and the Imperial Forums.

Arrivals after 20:00 require a late check-in fee of EUR 30. After 00:00 the surcharge is EUR 60. All requests for late arrival must be confirmed by the property.
