The accommodation is located in the greenery and tranquility of the Appia Antica Park, an open-air museum, in an archaeological area where you can walk among mausoleums over 2000 years old such as the one dedicated to Cecilia Metella, ruins and remains of sculptures of the characters of Imperial Rome, the Villa Dei Quintili, the Appio Claudio Aqueduct, and the famous and mysterious Catacombs.
The residence is in a period villa, in Romanic style from the 1950's, and will welcome you with a bottle of Prosecco upon your entrance, included in the price. You can enjoy the privacy and tranquility of a garden enclose with tall Roman pines and with two private driveways to access it and spots to part your car. It guarantees a quiet oasis in order to stay away from the traffic of Rome, just 4 miles from the Colosseum, in an area served by public transport (Taxi, buses and trains) and services of all kinds, supermarkets, bars, banks, restaurants, post office, travel agency, pharmacies etc.
The Host, a qualified gastronomic researcher, the only Chef in the world to have held a cooking show in the most famous square in Italy, Piazza di Spagna ( see Following Stefano on YouTube ), an English-speaking chef teacher, who can offer you (his guests) enjoyable and interesting traditional Italian cooking lessons, themed lunches and dinners on request, as well as to assist with your special events such as anniversaries, birthdays. La struttura è situata nel verde e nella tranquillità del Parco dell'Appia Antica, un museo a cielo aperto, in una zona archeologica dove passeggiare tra mausolei di oltre 2000 anni come quello dedicato a Cecilia Metella, tra rovine e resti di sculture di personaggi storici della Roma Imperiale, la Villa Dei Quintili, l'Acquedotto Appio Claudio e le famose e misteriose Catacombe.
La residenza è situata in una villa d'epoca, stile romanico anni '50, Vi permetterà di parcheggiare internamente in uno spazio privato video sorvegliato e vi accoglierà con una bottiglia di Prosecco al vostro ingresso, compresa nel prezzo. Qui si può godere una privacy unica e la massima discrezione di chi vi accoglierà. Godrete della tranquillità di un giardino recintato con alti pini secolari romani e con accesso tramite due viali privati.
Un'oasi di tranquillità per stare lontani dal traffico frenetico di Roma a soli 4 miglia dal Colosseo, in una zona servita da mezzi pubblici quali taxi, autobus e nelle vicinanze la stazione dei treni che in 7 min. vi porterà alla Main Station di Roma Termini.
A soli 5,5 km c'è l'aeroporto di Ciampino con tutti i voli Low Cost per l'Europa e dintorni.
