CHARMING NEW (2025) APT FLAMINIO / PIAZZA DEL POPOLO / VILLA BORGHESE, 185 m2, 4 bedrooms each with an ensuite bathroom, AC, 8 sleeps.

The house is very spacious and comfortable, ideal for families or groups of friends. on the second floor, with elevator, of an historical building, consists of a living room with dining table (8 seats), large flat screen smart TV, separate fully equipped kitchen, 4 large bedrooms each with an ensuite bathroom with a large walk-in shower, black marble floor, AC. All 4beds are Italian Matrimoniale: 200x170cm larger than an American Queen size. All rooms are illuminated by large windows and have high ceilings, characteristic of Roman’s ancient buildings.

The furnitures are luxurious and the house is unique, very quiet. Air conditioning, central heating, free wifi internet access, USB sockets, five smart TV, washer and dryer.

For our youngest guests we provide a baby cot (1-4 years old), high chair and baby bath.

The apartment is located in a beautiful building with entrance from Piazzale Flaminio. The location of the house is fantastic, right in the centre, adjacent to Piazza del Popolo and a ten minutes walk from the Spanish Steps and Via Condotti. The “Flaminio” underground station is only twenty meters from the building.

We can arrange transportation from/to the airport, port, station and other destinations in Italy.

Our friend Emanuele arranges private tours in Italy for our guests.

Check in time: from 3 pm.
Check out time 10:00 am.
For early check in and late check out, please ask the owner.
If we don't have any departure the same day of Your arrival, we allow free early check in from 10am. Otherwise You will be able to drop off Your luggage after the previous guests check out (10 am).
If we don't have any arrival the same day of Your departure, we allow free late check out till noon.

No bachelor / bachelorette parties, no photo shooting, no events and parties, no smoking.

It's mandatory in Italy, due to the law of public security, for hotel, B&B, vacation rentals to register the documents of their guests at the local autorithy within 24 hours from check-in. So You should show Your passports upon arrival. Thanks.

The cleaning agency provide some minisoap, shampoo, paper toilet, garbage bags. When those items run out, if You don't orden a daily cleaning, You should use yours or buy some more at the Supermarket. Thanks.
