Staff was communicative as we needed, cooling our luxury platform tent ahead of our arrival and giving specific directions for our contactless check in. A binder with thorough information was inside the tent, explaining the site features, the facility, and the amenities of the area as well as how to obtain various items (tooth brushes, personal items, etc).
