“The apartment was dark, dreary, and not clean. The cooktop had crumbs on it and dirt was on the floor. While the shower was large water ran across the bathroom floor and into the hall. Parking was conveniently located just outside the door. For us, the location was not favorable. and we had the smell of manure from neighboring farms on two days. We left one day early.”
