“Difficult check in, unexpected shared bathroom and room infested with ants getting in our bed and clothing.”

“Everything was great. The room was impeccably clean, but we were missing face cloths, the lights above the beds didn't work (needed new lightbulbs maybe?), and the TV remote was missing. It was late at night when we discovered these things so no one was there to call and it certainly wasn't an emergency. “The whole floor was clean and organized. The whole floor also felt inviting and comforting. We enjoyed how close we where to everthing. We were both so happy with found this apartment. ”

“La struttura è confortevole, dotata di alcuni servizi piacevoli come la piscina e il campetto di basket. Magari si potrebbe pensare a rendere piu agevole l'accesso dalle unita abitative piu esterne e lontane dalla reception nei giorni di cattive condizioni climatiche.”

“On the images it shows there is a hot tub, there is not. Signs in the pool area say there is a hot tub, there is not. Fire department was there and the elevator was broken my entire trip. Hotel pool was FREEZING for it being an indoor pool. Toilet constantly hits the wall when you sit down like it isn’t bolted to the floor or wall fully. Hot water runs out fast when showering. Would not stay here again”

“Only 3 forks and knives and 2 spoons for eating when 4 people could be staying there. Only 2 of us so was ok. Parking was right in front of our door.”
