Nestled in the beautiful countryside of the Languedoc, just a stone’s throw from the Orb River, and surrounded by hiking trails offering stunning views.<br><br>Upon entering from the street, you’ll find yourself right in the living area—an open space divided into three sections: a comfortable sitting area with three two-person sofas, a dining area, and an open kitchen. The open kitchen is fully equipped with, among other things, a coffee maker, electric kettle, refrigerator with freezer compartment, a microwave, and a dishwasher.<br><br>French doors in the living area lead out to the terrace. A cozy spot for your meals together or a BBQ, in the cool shade of the tree.<br><br>Upstairs are three bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with two single beds. Between the bedrooms is a bathroom with a shower, toilet, and sink. There is an additional toilet downstairs.<br><br>OUTSIDE<br>Through the gate behind the house, you have direct access to an enclosed courtyard with ample parking space under a large canopy. A staircase leads up to the terrace.<br><br>GARAGE<br>Beneath the house, accessible via a staircase, is an old wine cellar that also serves as a garage. It houses a washing machine and offers plenty of space to store your bicycles.<br><br>Surroundings<br>The Orb River flows through the village and offers an idyllic swimming spot just a 5-minute walk from the house. On the Mediterranean coast, you’ll find many charming seaside towns and very spacious, clean sandy beaches. (40 minutes).<br>
