Roquefort is located in the Landes d'Armagnac, a Landes bastide with many riches close to the Gers and the Lot et Garonne and is an essential stopover for pilgrims on the Vézelay route. 20 minutes from Mont de Marsan, 16 km from Villeneuve de Marsan and 11 km from St Justin. Right in the town centre, with all amenities on site, come and put down your suitcases at the Estampon gîte, all comfort fitted out on the ground floor. You will enter through an entrance hall and go down a few steps to access the pleasant living room serving as a living room with high table and stools, fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, fridge-freezer, oven, microwave, 4 gas burners, lounge area with large corner sofa and TV corner, wifi, with bay window overlooking a neat garden, bedroom with 140 cm bed, semi open to the bathroom with large Italian shower and toilet, bedroom with 2 90 cm beds. For your comfort, air conditioning in the living room and electric heating in the bedrooms. Heating package 4€/day applicable from the beginning of October to the end of April. Travel light, sheets, towels and household linen provided. You will enjoy free parking in front of the cottage, a 200 m² enclosed garden, with garden furniture and barbecue. You can navigate the Estampon by canoe or stroll along the banks of the Doulouze, which invite you to stroll and take a walk. On Saturday, market day, the stalls line up along the avenue leading to the arenas, where you can fill your baskets with local products. Much more than a cellar, a delicatessen and so much more!
