This property has a lot of potential and really is a “charming house”. The outside area is a great space. The daytimes were great with the pool being well looked after and perfect size and depth. Location is great to explore France, half hour to Cannes, Antibes, and nice so felt pretty central to see it all. We even drove 50 mins on last day to spend time in Monaco. Valbonne is just 10 mins away which is also a beautiful little village. You will likely need a car to explore from here because it is remote area, and would be difficult to organise taxis. Unfortunately a few things I believe the property needs to address. The bathrooms, although it’s 3 bathrooms, there are only 2 toilets, with one toilet not having a lock and very small, you can actually see in the one from the landing, which isn’t ideal with older children who need privacy. I believe there should be a toilet in each bathroom. The bathrooms also could be cleaner, all the bathrooms could be modernised and really needed a deep clean but they didn’t feel particularly hygienic, these really let the property down. The kitchen area, although a large space, had some worn areas and again not particularly clean. This felt like it needed a good deep clean, with a bit of modernising. Utensils could be updated. Overall a fun stay, but some areas in the property could improve to make this even better, a deep clean and some slight changes will transform this stay.
