The villa has 3 bedrooms, a bathroom, a laundry room, and a spacious living room open to the living room, dining room and kitchen.
Fully equipped, you will lack nothing (kettle, coffee maker, dishwasher, oven, microwave oven, washing machine, dryer, large fridge, TV, ....)

It offers a large terrace with garden furniture that can accommodate 8 people - a barbecue is at your disposal

An aquatic area, secured by a gate, will allow you to relax around the swimming pool (9 x 4m), its deckchairs, its pool house and the jacuzzi (6 people), whether during the day or in the evening in a tropical atmosphere.

Avignon — 20 min
A must-see city in Provence with the Palais des Papes, the ramparts, the lively streets and the famous Avignon bridge.

In July, the city hosts the mythical Festival d'Avignon, one of the largest theatre festivals in the world, with shows, concerts and entertainment throughout the city.

Perfect also for Provençal markets, restaurants and summer evenings.



Pont du Gard — 30 min
The famous UNESCO-listed Roman Aqueduct is a must-see in the area.
