“I went to my son celebration at the Navy recruit in Great Lakes. The drive from the hotel to the location was less than10 minutes, with out the ceremony traffic. This hotel is very peaceful with plenty parking. I enjoyed and would recommend this hotel to families that will be attending their child's Navy Ceremony. ”

“They are under construction, so I understand the possibilities of having some issues. The only one we had was that our water in our room quit working. We figured out they were working on it and the staff was quick to get us dealt with. Very nice people, decent place. I’m sure it will be even better once the construction is over. ”

“We had a great stay at this hotel! It was so clean and the staff was super friendly. The breakfast was great and there was a staff member ensuring it eas well stocked. My daughter used the pool, which was very clean (just a bit chilly for her preference). We will definitely be back. ”

"Struttura in posizione comoda vicino a Michigan Avenue, Check in veloce colazione a buffet.
Da migliorare come consiglio la struttura perché e’ po’ datata "
"La posizione dell'albergo è molto comoda, vicinissima c'è la fermata del bus che porta in centro. Ma, volendo si può camminare e il centro è tranquillamente raggiungibile a piedi. La catena Westin è una garanzia negli Stati Uniti, ci tornerò sicuramente. Camera silensiosa con vista sul 360 Chicago, ampia e pulitissima. Siamo stati in quattro davvero bene."

Non c’è e nemmeno il sapone il wifi non funziona e quando lo chiedo al concierge mi risponde che non è di sua competenza. Riscaldamento super rumoroso. Non esiste servizio in camera e il concierge non er stato gentile per niente. Niente acqua in camera. Se la sua vuole costa 8 euro a bottiglia. Veramente pessima esperienza "
"Everything was nice but the view from my room: when you chose to upgrade to a high tower room you need to understand that you might get a room in the back of the building with a view on the back alley: definitely not worthy to pay more for that, considering the rooms have the same size. City view doesn’t mean on Michigan Ave, those rooms should be cheaper."
"Hotel molto vicino all’aeroporto. Hanno un ampio parcheggio (a pagamento) ma offrono il servizio navetta da/per aeroporto. Camera grande e pulita. Unica nota negativa, mi hanno addebitato 10usd per una coperta macchiata… a parte questo un ottimo hotel. Da ritornare… non lo so "
"Hotel in un’ottima posizione, a 10 min a piedi per la vista lago e il parco. Ottima zona per lo shopping.
Pulizia niente di eccezionale, camera con moquette sporca e impolverata.
La ventola del bagno era già accesa quando ho fatto il check-in e si è spenta solo dopo 36 ore. Terribile (non c’era nessun pulsante per poterla spegnere).
Check out ore 12pm (mezzogiorno): alle 8 del mattino vengono a bussare per pulire.
Se dovete soggiornare una notte o due va benissimo, e se dovete stare più giorni, non lo consiglio.

"L’hotel è in posizione strategica per l’aeroporto, con navetta gratuita, inoltre c’è un centro commerciale con buoni ristoranti a 4 passi.
Ma la zona è rumorosa e comunque isolata dalla città.
La colazione è discreta e la connessione ad Internet buona per lavoro e streaming.
Nel complesso l’hotel è piuttosto datato, ci sono stato anche nel 2017 e seppur già allora non fosse proprio fresco, non hanno cambiato nulla, senz’altro le camere meriterebbero qualche intervento.
Comunque il rapporto qualità prezzo a mio avviso è buono."
