“Sean, We had the best year of fishing in over a decade. The property is awesome, and access to the water is easy. One silly item would be more hooks on the wall to hang clothing. Also, I wasn't sure how to turn on the baseboard heater in the bedroom. I turned on the bathroom and left the door open.”

“There’s a few things that I must emphasize that made the Lennon cabin a great experience. We stayed there to celebrate my daughter’s first birthday, as a family. The house was great, comfy, clean and cool. Firstly ,the nespresso machine made me feel rich and the coffee was amazing! The hot tub was definitely a bonus and we watched the playoffs while relaxing. We brought some steaks and were able to use the grill (on the beautiful back deck) but the local food was good too. Kev’s bbq (5 min away)...

“Total relaxation with the splendor of the Delaware River just across the lightly-traveled street. Too early for river sports but there’s plenty of hiking in the area’s many parks, easy access to services with a walk across the bridge to Callicoon (market, restaurants, movie theatre, a few shops) or just be still to watch the eagles fishing for hungry babes in the nest above, river ducks and geese, and small drifting boats with fly fishing folks. The front bedroom is tight and the second is dark...

“We were in town to visit relatives just a few miles away. My group of 4 adults shared this space. The house was adequate for our needs. The bedrooms were spacious and comfortable. My only negative was that the living room space was small and we had to gather in a bedroom to watch TV. We will definitely return to this home.”

“We, five adults and five children, enjoyed our stay at the cabin the three adult bedrooms have extremely comfortable beds, while the downstairs offered a separate place for the kids to have some separation the morning views of Belleayre were definitely the highlight while enjoying a cup of coffee the upstairs open kitchen/living/dining area fit us all comfortably A perfect ski weekend getaway with only a short drive to the mountain!”

“Was very clean, host was responsive and helpful. We had an issue with the gas and someone came to fix it within 2 hours. It snowed during our stay and the snow was plowed by someone twice. Could only find 2 bathrooms. Not a problem for our group, just informing. Overall, amazing stay and would recommend”

“We had a great time staying here with a group of friends. The house is new construction and the A-frame adds some interesting architectural features. Appliances are new and everything is clean. Really had no complaints. Wi-Fi is a bit spotty and the road to the house is not paved but was fine on the car, just need to drive slowly. Bring all groceries with you on the way in as there Arent any major stores nearby which is sort of the point! Close to swinging bridge reservoir for boat rentals and...

“This property is way overpriced. It is a hunting Cabin at best. Small heater did not work. Had wood stove but only minimal large pieces of wood provided. TV and Wi-Fi did not work. Refrigerator smells like fish. Beds not comfortable. On top of that owner would not let me reschedule and needed to cancel and rebook at half price! Said he would not make any money due to VRBO fee and cleaning fee. Cleaning fee is a joke!”

“We really enjoyed the cabin, pond, and property grounds. The house was clean and not cluttered, which was a bonus when you’re with a toddler who will grab everything, so it was easy to “childproof” the home. The wifi was excellent and the home was well stocked although we brought lots of things with us just in case. Communication with the property manager was seamless. We would gladly stay here again.”

“one bedroom suite was very nice and spacious. The heat and hot water were great. Upstairs occupants could be heard but they were quiet after 10 pm. Access into the apt was easy. Apt needs a deep clean and dusting. The night stand in the bedroom does not reach the bed height. Only 1 tv but we moved it and it worked fine in the bedroom. The queen size bed was very comfortable. Close to supermarket, CVS, restaurants, shops and of course skiing.”

“Charming house with a wonderful view. We got away from the city for a while and decompressed. Enjoyed the wonderful fireplace and spacious deck, early morning coffee with the sunrise. Enjoyed a full moon with a walk in the woods, something my wife and I have never done. Something we will always remember.”
