“We came up for a family reunion and found this property that may accommodate a wheelchair. Had a ramp on the front. Everything was great. Location was perfect for where we were headed. Plenty of space for our family of 4 and the grandparents. Easy check in and check out. Host was very quick with responses. Would stay again. ”

“Great property and close to Tawas for shopping and Lake Huron. Beautiful sunsets. Loved having a washer and dryer. We were a little disappointed that the Sand Lake access wasn’t closer but it all worked out. We drove to Lake Huron and swam in the Great Lake. ”

“Nicely decorated and clean. Check in and departure was a breeze with a door code given to you prior to arrival. The kitchen was fully stocked with whatever you needed to cook with and plenty of towels available for both kitchen/bath. Thankful for the AC during our stay when the temps were in the 90's. Shane responded quickly to any questions or concerns. The sunsets were an added bonus to our stay. Would definitely recommend.”

We had mentioned in an early conversation upon booking that we were traveling to the area to celebrate our anniversaries and enjoy some golf. “Wonderful stay!We had a group of 4 adults 5 kids 1 dog, and the recently renovated space accommodated us comfortably. Fully stocked kitchen supplies, games, extra cozy blankets, pet necessities, bonfire stuff, and a thoughtful extra cabinet full of “just in case” items. We loved the large outdoor deck and lake access. We spent time kayaking, swimming (floating dock in the middle of the small lake). Spent a day out in Alpena (45 minute drive) at the Starlite beach and Austin Brother’s brewery...

The lake is very clear and our family enjoyed kayaking, swimming, and catching a lot of perch, bass, a few pike, and even a walleye. We highly recommend spending time here if given the opportunity, we loved it!”
