“I told the front desk person it was a prepaid reservation but they charged me twice. Then they said they couldn’t credit the amount back because I had to wait till the next morning to discuss it with the volte manager, starting 7am. The next morning same story. The person in charge at the front desk said the Manager was not it that day and I had to give them a call to discuss my claim. Very very upset and disappointed ”

“My stay was nice but the deadbolt on my room door didn’t lock spoke with the front desk and they claim they was going to get it fixed I was there a whole week and they never got it fixed. Every time I asked about it they would tell me they was going to call the manager. Well needless to say I guess they never spoke with the manager. ”

The staff was great & the hotel was quiet. Having grocery stores and restaurants so close was helpful. We were in town for a wedding & this was a great place to stay! They even accommodated our request to stay in the same room after we decided to add an extra day to our weekend trip. That was important to us because we didn’t want to...
