If you want to enjoy a relaxing holiday and impressive views of the Bay of Roses, do so in our wonderful villa.



Upon arriving at the house, we must go down a few steps to access the flat.



It has a reception area with access to the spacious, very bright and modern dining room.



The open kitchen with all the amenities to enjoy your holiday, ceramic hob, oven, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, crockery/cutlery, utensils/kitchen, toaster, coffee maker and kettle. There is a storage room with washing machine.



In the living room there is a Smart TV and a receiver to be able to watch French TNT SAT channels and also Spanish television, WiFi connection throughout the house.



There are 3 rooms, two of them double with a double bed, private bathroom and exterior views, the third room with 2 single beds does not have a window to the outside but all have air conditioning (cold/heat) and also have access to the bathroom shared with the living room.



Upon leaving the apartment, via some stairs surrounded by a beautiful garden, we access the terrace where the swimming pool is located and a cosy summer kitchen with a charcoal barbecue.



There are two parking spaces outside.

Is electricity included?

Due to the significant increase in energy costs, a basic consumption of 15kW per day is included within the rental price. In the event of exceeding this, extra kW will be charged at the current market price. The price per kWh will be indicated in the rental contract.



What dimension does the swimming pool have?

It measures 2.70 x 5.75m with an approximate maximum depth of 1.60m.



How are the beds?

There are 2 double beds of 160x200m and two single beds of 90x200m



Are the towels included?

No, but we have them available for rent.



Who takes care of the pool maintenance?

The technician comes once a week.
