  • Casa Jazmín è una villa per vacanze a Roses, Costa Brava, con piscina privata aperta tutto l'anno e viste panoramiche sul Golfo di Roses e sui Pirenei. Situata in una tranquilla zona collinare, offre pace e privacy pur essendo vicina ai servizi: a soli 8 minuti a piedi dal centro e dalla stazione degli autobus, e a 15 minuti a piedi (o 5 minuti in auto) dalla spiaggia Platja la Punta.



    La villa dispone di un luminoso soggiorno-pranzo con vista mozzafiato, cucina completamente attrezzata, due camere da letto (una matrimoniale, una con letti singoli) e un bagno moderno con doccia a filo pavimento. Tra i comfort trovate Wi-Fi, aria condizionata, TV satellitare e parcheggio privato.



    All’esterno vi aspettano una grande piscina privata (aperta tutto l’anno; l’acqua può essere fresca in inverno), terrazza solarium e giardino recintato. La zona pranzo ombreggiata con barbecue è ideale per colazioni, pranzi al sole o cene ammirando il tramonto sulla baia.



    Scoprite Roses e la Costa Brava: spiagge dorate, sentieri costieri, il Parco Naturale di Cap de Creus e borghi marinari come Cadaqués. Visitate la Cittadella di Roses o il Museo Dalí a Figueres. Mercati locali, percorsi enogastronomici e cucina catalana sono facilmente raggiungibili.

Como en casa.

Pros: El anfitrión fue muy amable. La casa no era de lujo pero lo tenía absolutamente todo. He ido con niños y con perros. Tener una piscina para jugar con tus hijos y q ellos jueguen libres ha sido lo mejor. Las perras han disfrutado del espacio exterior. Pasar de un piso a esa casa, tranquila y con espacio ha sido genial. Se nos ha hecho corto. Nos hemos ido con ganas de repetir el año q viene.

Très bel emplacement sur les hauteurs de Rosas, à quelques minutes à pied du centre ville et des plages, et des sentiers de randonnée . Belle terrasse qui permet de profiter de la piscine. Maison dans son jus mais fonctionnelle. Proprietaire très bienveillant à notre égard.

Our holiday was more than perfect. I could write a long story. But it was the best of all holidays we ever had! Thanks so much Gary! We left today after 3 wonderful weeks and we already booked for next year. Just can't wait to come back again!

The swimming pool area is great with for a family and this house is not far from the city centre and the beach, very well located. Pros: Roses is een hele leuke plaats om te verblijven. Wij zijn bij aankomst hartelijk ontvangen door de gastheer. De ligging van het huisje is super en op +/- 5 minuten loopafstand van het centrum en het strand. Een karakteristiek huisje met een huiselijke sfeer. Qua afwerking in onderhoud wat aandachtspunten, maar dat speelt zeker geen rol. Zeker nog voor herhaling vatbaar.

Pros: Had a wonderful relaxing holiday at Casa Jasmin. The beach, shops and restaurants are a short walk away but the temptation is to stay by the fabulous pool. George Wake and his family are close and on hand to deal with any issues, but we didn't have any. Spectacular views, perfect barbeque, comfortable beds and indoor furnishing and a fully equipped kitchen. Couldn't have asked for any more. Only downside was holiday went by too quickly!!

Pros: Clean and comfy villa with plenty of space. Set in a quiet residential area. The pool is much bigger than it looks in the photos and very well kept. There is a great view of Roses bay from the villa. It’s about a 10 minute walk down into the town, uphill on the way back but we managed easily with 2 children under 10 years and no car for the week. George is great, he was very helpful and friendly. We’d also recommend the nearby Martelo Bistró for excellent food.

Pros: Casa Jazmín está cerca del pueblo de Roses y a la vez alejado del ruído. Lugar con vistas impresionantes al mar y a Roses. La casa cumple con todas las funcionalidades descritas, la piscina, más grande de lo que parece en las fotos, ideal para relajarse, ideal para desayunar, comer y cenar viendo las maravillosas vistas. Los propietarios muy amables y rápido solventan cualquier problema. Lugar sin dudas, para volver. Lo peor, cuando tienes que irte. Muy recomendable.

Huis met een geweldig uitzicht over Roses en de zee.

Pros: Het uitzicht en het zwembad. Cons: Voor ons is het geen probleem geweest, maar als je niet goed ter been bent is dit huis geen goede optie. Stijle weg er naar toe, stijle oprit van huis naar weg en trappen om in het huis te komen. Verder heeft het huis wel wat renovatie nodig.

Wir haben das Haus vom 04.07.26 bis 13.07.26 gebucht. Wir sind mit dem Auto angereist und waren eigentlich viel zu früh da, was aber kein Problem war, da wir mit dem Vermieter Gary über WhatsApp kommuniziert haben. Es stimmt, dass das Haus einwenig in die Jahre gekommen ist, was der tolle Ausblick auf's Meer, der gepflegte Pool und die neue Klimaanlage, wieder gut gemacht haben. Der Vermieter Gary ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Parkmöglichkeit, mit einem großen Auto ist etwas knifflig, aber machbar. Es gibt kein deutsches Fernsehen, aber wir hatten unseren Amazon Stick dabei, da wir das, von anderen Ländern schon kennen. Den Außenbereich könnte man als Steingarten bezeichnen. Optisch sehr schön, aber für unseren Hund, weniger geeignet, da sich die Steine natürlich bei fast 40 Grad, gut aufheizen und es wenig Schatten gibt. Der Weg zum Strand oder in die Stadt, ist zu Fuß wirklich nicht lange ( Berg ab), aber zurück zum Haus (Berg auf ) dauert es bedeutend länger . Wir hatten eine schöne Zeit und haben uns gut erholt. Pros: The views to the bay, and the great location and privacy in the garden - it is in a very calm neighborhood but it is very close to everything and you can easily go to the center by foot and not always take the car. Cons: The parking space is ok for one car, but requiring tight maneuvering at times. This is minor but for the dog the garden is a bit small for playing, also it does not have any green grass or areas in the shade.

Encore un super séjour dans cette maison bien équipée et fonctionnelle, avec clim dans la partie chambres. Elle convient parfaitement pour nos besoins 2 adultes, 2 chiens. Nous sommes venus plusieurs fois déjà et jamais déçus ! Ici c’est calme avec la superbe vue avec le coucher de soleil sur la baie de Roses…terrasse avec bbq et la baignade dans la piscine bien entretenue - la manque de vis-a-vis, une merveille. Nous aimons aussi le petit jardin clos et apprécions l’emplacement dans les hauteurs, loin des tumultes de la ville mais avec tous les services a 10-15 min de marche a pied. Nous avons pu faire des jolies balades avec nos chiens dans les environs. Il y a un parc a chien pas loin, aussi. La communication avec le propriétaire reste facile, il est discret mais disponible, au besoin, et réagît vite. Merci !

Rose’s town is full of French people on Holiday and do their best to make it like a mini Paris, bringing with them their terrible standard of driving. Parking in Town is a nightmare and expensive 2E an hour, free parking is all taken by 8.30 in the morning; parking dings are a fact of life and never reported. Cafe culture is well catered for we did not have a bad coffee; but some of the restaurants trade on their location, the food along the sea front is not very special, dive down the alleyways and there are some real surprises really good Spanish tapas and paella I only wished George owned a villa in L’estartit we would be back like a shot

Pros: We have visited Casa Jasmin with two children already three times and we love it very much. The house is perfectly located on walking distance to Roses center and the beach. The house has a nice private pool and the house is perfectly suited for a family with four persons. Air conditioning, the perfectly equipped kitchen and the nice sea view from the house are big advantages of the house. Also the house owner is very nice and and addresses all issues immediately. Roses city is a very nice old town with a lovely center and a nice evening live and perfectly for families with children. Surprisingly Roses and surroundings has also a lot of very nice mountain bike routes (“Villa verdes”). There is a choice between flat routes thought beautiful nature or more steep routes through the mountains. So both the villa and Roses and surroundings we can definitely recommend!
