“Room was clean and smelled fresh, bed was comfortable, shared shower room also clean. Staff at check-in located in nearby 'Central hotel' were friendly as was the housekeeping who needed to wake me up as I'd overslept (like I said the bed was comfortable). It's all you need without the unnecessary frills, great value, will definitely use again,”

“Location was different to what's on the map (it's right next door to the New County Hotel). The apartment was lovely though, looks like it's been recently refurbished and was very clean and comfortable. Kitchen was very well equipped with dishwasher and washing machine. £250 damage deposit seemed quite excessive. Not sure if they get a lot of trouble as housekeeping also came in during stay but didn't do any cleaning, make beds, or fold towels etc (I only knew they'd been because they folded...

Self check-in is easy as Rooms Booked staff will send essential info such as the Entrance door & Unit door codes by 2pm via email or massage to facilitate the check-in process. Room furniture, while considered old, are in functional condition. Shared bathrooms, however, are modern and clean.
