“Room was clean, staff was really nice and helpful”

“Our family of four (older children) stayed in a two bedroom. The room was definitely tiny. We weren’t quite as tight as the grandparents in Charlie and the Chocolate Factory but it was close. Very little room for bags so each time we needed something we had to move one bag get to something else from another bag. There was no refrigerator (we knew ahead of time so we carried a cooler). “The kitchen garbage disposal did not work, my power was out at my home so I decided to get a room and I bought $200 worth of groceries and wasn’t able to utilize the sink, I reported right away, I stayed for three days and no one ever came. Upon arrival some kids were left alone which cause a fire in the microwave so my first room was smoky and my clothes were smoky just from walking up the hall. “Great customer service, hotel clean bed very comfy only problem I had was the tv didn’t work. Customers shouldn’t have to call and ask for help to get it to work properly I couldn’t get not one channel or even log into my own Netflix account.”
