“They scrimped on the towels. Didn’t replace the coffee pods and the bathroom flooded from the shower. ”

“Got a 2 bedroom 2 bath suite with kitchen. Checked in at 3:20 pm and was told the room wasn’t ready. Came back at 7 and found someone’s shorts by the couch and a stain on the pillow. The room was super nice and I loved it and the guy at the front desk was amazing but don’t stay next to the pool if you go to bed early. It was really noisy and I had a toddler with me. ”

“The staff were nice & parking was free . The hotel was clean for the most part. The only complaint was our bed was very loose and squeaky. But, the hotel was within 5-10 minutes from everything we wanted to do !”

“Rooms are nice; however, there's a room in the 2nd floor that has a fire alarm that likes to go off at 6 in the morning. Last stay, it was our room. This stay, was the room above ours (likely our room the last visit). Keycards also demagnitize even when kept away from everything. This has happened on the last 3 visits here. This time, they didn't work walking from the front desk to the room. It's also inconvenient since you need them to get in the building. ”

“1: Improve your signage, so finding the hotel room # is easier. There are 4 building, and NO signs to show what room #s they are. 2: Turn down the water heater, because the hot water is dangerously TOO SCOLDING HOT! ”

“I requested a walk in shower, I use a cane. Shower was fine but the toilet was very low. Very hard for a handicapped person to use. Hard for a tall person to use. It needs to be replaced. The breakfasts were good and the staff very helpful.”
