Great location! Nice clean first floor of the house. There are apartments above and below the unit with a shared backyard space. Plenty of towels, thoughtful amenities like extra toothbrushes and hair dryers. Quick response from host. Beds are firm.

When I booked there were no reviews of this property which made me nervous. We were there for a funeral and the location was why I chose this home. What the host deceptively did not clearly expose is that there are permanent residents living in the basement (Family of 4) as well in attic and the front basement. The back yard is not private!! the little girl that lives in basement would join us anytime we were on the “private porch”At 4:30 AM the first night someone was banging on the front door which goes to the upstairs room. And the second night at about 4:00 am the door bell rang with a delivery for the basement family. 4 units but only one door bell that Rang inside where we were!Had a problem parking the first night because the woman who lives in the front basement had a visitor who had blocked the driveway, He wouldn’t move the car but guided me past the other cars. The woman and man laughed and said that was easy I commented that I would not be able to get out!! To which both laughed and said he wouldn’t be here long? They were obviously in a altered state and our conclusion was A Hook Up!! Not the “family home” described. Be clear about your property description one line saying a multi unit home does not describe this property. There is nothing private about this home, I would also recommend insulating could hear the upstairs residents and the baby crying below.
