    Ground floor: large living room - dining room - equipped kitchen - shower room - toilet.

    1st floor: 3 bedrooms (2 double beds and 2 single beds) - shower room - toilet.
    Electric heating (full billing according to consumption).
    Private garden and terrace (garden furniture, barbecue).
    Pétanque area. Private parking.
