“The rooms wasn’t as shown in the pictures. The rooms were very small, bathroom was very small. Shower knob was broken, there was no hot water. Really terrible experience and didn’t get what was written on the overview or shown in the pictures ”

“We arrived at Andaman Castle on the recommendation of friends and booked a delux room. Firstly we were told we had no booking, then we were told that he had not booked the half board. We were shown to our room when this was sorted , it smelled dirty and damp and had blood on the pillows, the cleaner insisted it was fine-and it was only nail polish!! They told us there was nothing else available, but when we insisted they changed room-not much better but it had a patio door to open and air out...
