“I booked this hotel for a getaway for my son and I specifically because it advertised as having an outdoor pool and the weather was beautiful. Upon arrival, I was incredibly disappointed to find out the pool was closed. To make matters worse, each person at the front desk had a different excuse (the pump was broken, they were waiting on an inspection, it was my fault for not asking if they had an outdoor pool and my favourite "its a seasonal pool and July isnt the season we open the pool"). “This is a beautiful hotel in a very beautiful location! Staff are friendly and helpful. I will definitely stay here again!”

“This is not a well-maintained property. For example, the staircases were dirty, and the room smelled stale. If you need to sleep for a night, it should be fine, but for a longer stay, please choose something else. While we are not very picky with the food, the free breakfast had very little variety. We will not be choosing or recommending this hotel.”
