The Space:
The cozy vacation rental is characterized above all by one thing: its modernity. It is beautifully designed, bright, and comfortably furnished, ensuring you feel at home. The apartment is 37 m² in size and features a sleeping area with a large double bed and a flat-screen TV. The modern, open kitchen is equipped with a dining area. From there, you can access the 6.4 m² balcony with its outdoor furniture, which also offers you the opportunity to enjoy your meals outdoors. The equally modern bathroom comes with a walk-in shower and a mirror.

The Neighborhood:
The beautiful vacation apartment is complemented by its great location right at the Rostock city harbor. The picturesque Rostock Old Town can be reached on foot in just a few minutes, where you can be impressed by its medieval charm. The water is only 50 meters away.
In the vacation rental, you can enjoy your peace and quiet, while still being close to the city center with its numerous shopping opportunities and restaurants. Two local eateries and bakeries are less than a minute's walk away, and two supermarkets, a drugstore, and a pharmacy are directly across from the apartment. The nearest tram station is also within the immediate vicinity.

Getting Around:
The streetcar stop "Stadthafen" is only a few steps away from the apartment.
