“Not fancy. This place needs a facelift. Carpet molding falling off the wall. The kitchen needs some work so it looks nice. Bathroom needs a good cleaning. Tile was full of gunk. Great location near HWY 70.
Noisy at night from dogs prancing on the ceiling. Gym looks good, but no one was in it.
Going down hill a little at a time.”
