“We were kicked out on an assumption the man behind the counter was screaming in my face saying his law was the only law that mattered. We chose to go ahead and check out to try and get a refund as they had deactivated our keys already. “Hello, the first room had a defective thermostat. My wife and I set it at 70 and the thermostat changed to 81. It actually got hotter the longer we stayed in the room. After 48 minutes of this we packed our bags and headed down stairs to talk to the front desk. They offered us a different room, we accepted it. The thermostat worked in the second room.
